A legal way for them to cheat. Its true. State lotteries are not honest. If they were they would run them as I explained above. I had a friend who worked at the lottery and said saw them run the machine 20 times till they got the number they wanted. Then would post those numbers as the winning numbers. You can not trust any business who does not want you to see what their doing and just wants you to openly trust them. The governor is the one who puts the 5 commisioners in place in each state lottery. If you can find dirt on your governor you then know that the commisioners are crooks also. Once a crook always a crook unless they are reformed. I have real dirt on 2 lotteries already and one day they will be brought down. They dont know they're going to be brought down but they are. It will catch them by suprise and they will have to admit they have cheated millions out of their money.

here is how I feel their software works as such.

The software developer who created the software that the lottery uses to produce their winning numbers has written the code to perforn in this manner. (in laymens terms)

1. Preset numbers

2. Random numbers

3. Produce outcome

variable A. Produce x amount of Preset numbers in drawing to show (preset numbers are like channels on a car stereo one presets.) Preset numbers are by design and intent not random.

variable B. Produce x amount of Random numbers to show (Random numbers are numbers from a real random lottery that show with the preset numbers) These random numbers appear in their rigged lottery in case the experts examine their lottery drawings and can prove the drawings are not random. By inserting real random numbers along with the preset numbers their lottery can appear random and even fool the experts.

variable C. Outcome. An outcome that appears to be random using preset and truly random numbers from another lottery drawing that is random one using balls.

Other variables include

a. If player matches winning numbers produce other set of winning numbers (this is programed into the software so no one can win the jackpot) Yet allow 3, 4 and 5 number wins based upon lowest payout.

b. Let someone win the jackpot at set amount if all numbers played match. If all numbers do not match run additional times till amount reaches set amount.

c. Outcome WINNER

And reset.

In otherwords you can not win the Jackpot during the times that the software is running in collecting mode.

You are only giving your money voluntarily to make the kitty rise higher till it reaches set amount. When it reaches set amount you may havbe a chance to win. You only have that moment or that window of opportunity. If no one matches the numbers then the program is set to go into the second phase till the amount reaches a preselected set amount. Then it allows someone to win based upon other variable.

This software is being run in different lotteries throughout the world and was produced by the same programer.

So now ya know.

The patterns that exist in your lottery are preset patterns.

This is how it works and not one person in this forum can prove otherwise.

You only think you know what you're talking about but I know.

You can not win the jackpot by following a pattern you can only win 3, 4 or 5 numbers right.

The reason things are run this way is because each state has a quota they must meet and technology allows for it.

The reason you think your state lottery is rigged is because it most likely is.

I  know what Im saying seems far fetched but it is the way it is.

I also know that this shakes up your world a bit too since you have it settled in your heart that one day you're going to win the lottery.

The truth is you probably wont.

I can prove otherwise.  Its called parimutuel wagering. The Lotteries can keep as much of the money as they want, without expensive programs or cheating.

Randomness?

Yes

balls are ramdomly drawn from the machine, but the balls themselves are numbered in an orderly consecutive manner which makes part of the event not ramdom.
