all that sounds like @ least 5 tanker trucks of turd polish thar,Hemi

What are you talking about? Confused

The Chevelle is one of the most iconic muscle cars ever.  I would just make it better. Wink 660HP!  I also forgot to mention the upgraded suspension - that's also a needed upgrade when doing a custom car.

PS - Don't call it a "kit car."  The Dynacorn body shells are officially licensed by GM and are considered an "OEM replacement part."

Sounds like a sweet machine HEMI! Here's a "70" Chevelle customized by Chip Foose.

Your father should be be doing cartwheels, when he gets one of these out of 1st gear!!!  Hurray!

Sweet!  That's almost identical to one that I would want, except I would want mine to be an "ultimate sleeper."  Wheels no larger than 18's, stock hood hight (or maybe 1" taller at the most), and no flames.  Make it dark cherry metallic, a "correct" 1970 color with a white interior.

It is very nice, but I still prefer getting something off the showroom floor.

Now that could pass for show room quality. The rims look original and I can see white interior. Nice work retrieving that photo.

Thanks Ronnie. It involved a lot of intense work and research. Took me almost a whole minute to find that beauty.  Let It All Out

Oh,  well in that case I suppose HEMI6point1 is not the first one to think of the idea.

Chip Foose recently unveiled their latest restoration project.

This was on behalf of a more budget conscious customer, who supplied the majority of the premium cardboard and aluminum foil materials.
