Same in NH. If you can stuff some bills in the slot, your in the game.

I think a semi-trained chimp could do it.

Maybe even a slow learning dolphin.

Be careful....... The play slip acceptor is sometimes NOT accepting even though the bill acceptor is accepting with all fervor......... and its impossible to get a refund once the money is in the machine.

I have learned to insert a play slip and wait for a "please insert money" messege.......

I don't know, even a slow learning dolphin is smarter than 98% of us on our best day.  Roll Eyes

Always get a kick out of this circled insert slot.

It looks like a hungry mouth ready to devour anything in it's path.   P***ed

With record deficits, the states are all scrambling to take in more revenue than ever before.

Why not allow our younger citizens to get in on the action? As long as parents are on board, where's the harm?  Disney

This could mean extra billions per year in generating extra state revenue, and potentially huge windfalls for some lucky minors.  Hyper

Reward the well behaved kids who have top grades, don't do drugs, and show aptitudes for understanding the lottery games and odds.

The adults have shown what they can do, time to pass the baton to the next generation!

              Case 1: Minor loses

              Who pays?

              Case 2: Minor wins jackpot

Who gets the money and how?

Case 2: An adult friend or relative.

                Next question.  What?

Should the new policy be restricted to minors 12 and over, or should any minor be allowed to play What?

                    A minor is a minor.

Ages 0 and up should be eligible to play.

This gives rise to some very interesting ideas. Perhaps the lottery vending machines could accept food stamps to ensure that infants can be nutured up on steady diet of infamil and scratcher tickets..What?

I had assumed those progressive ideas were already in the works. What?

And while were at it, those same vending machines should also be honoring sincere IOU's as well.

I think that would be fine as long as a valid driver licence was scanned, which would require a birth certificate, which would require citizenship..... What?

I seen a kid maybe 7 or 8 drop about 4 or 5 dollars into one of those operate a crane and catch a prize machine. That is a gambling on the odds deal.

Kids sit in these game rooms and drop loads of money into a machine to beat the odds.

                              Lottery is entertainment too.

Old enough to have money old enough to spend it.

Kids make enough money they are taxed on it too even if they are a minor. Should have the same right as anyone.
