You can probable think of many examples to support this view once you think about it. Some people care about doing the right thing.Patriot

Doing the right thing sounds like morally acceptable behavior. I don't think only will understand.

Yeah, I think Zac will come into the office Monday morning, turn on his computer, and crap his pants over the sh**storm caused by his one seemingly innocuous post.

It's now at 20 pages and 280+ posts and mostly filled with crazy rants and off-topic posts. I'll bet that whatever piece he's working on will have an overall negative view of lottery players in general, and of lotterypost in particular.

Zac did follow up my response with a PM and an offer to chat with him which I turned down since I didn't think there was anything in my response he couldn't have known after reading a few LP posts.

There are lots of people playing lotteries and I don't think their playing effect their lives any more than any other pleasures that cost money.  State lotteries didn't invent gambling but took advantage of it by making it possible for anyone with the money to participate in games that could pay millions for as little as a dollar.

I don't know. I do know the feeling I had of when we were in Vegas last and decided on our first night to go to circus steak house for dinner which was far from where we stayed. Stak house was full, so I walked to the carousel put two bucks in and hit 5 thousand, decided I needed to leave for some reason but as I was walking out put another 2 bucks in another machine and hit 500 was a dam good feeling when they are counting those 100 out in your hand.

Wow, you're pretty lucky! And that must have been a wonderful feeling! I love Vegas for the whole scene - the lights, the fantastic hotels, etc. but I'm too nervous to gamble much. I can't ever drum up enough courage to sit at a Blackjack or Poker table even though I love watching those games.  So I stick to the slots.  The best I did was on a cruise ship where I made $81 at the slots.

Perhaps Zac is an introvert and too self conscious and intimidated to post on his own thead Topic?

Only is not funny, he is either too stupid or too drunk to carry on an intelligent conversation. Now he is starting to question the existence of reality itself. I hope he puts down his bottle and goes to work today.

The moron scientist/plumber calls me stupid. Hey, I told you I have a bridge for sale, really really cheap. You can sell it in 20 years for a real nice profit. Now that's a great investment.

Just send me 300 bucks a week until it's paid off.

                            Geesh, what a shmuck !!
