Not lately.  In most cases I play all odd or all even numbers to narrow my pool down.  THIS WILL ALWAYS TURN IT INTO A 40 NUMBER GAME.  HOW IS THAT FOR NARROWING THINGS DOWN?  Many draws will typically feature up to 12-13 odds or evens.  I am sure you folks see this with your games.

I want to point out that this is a strategy (amongst a few others) I use for the daily (ball drop drawn) daily game here in NY.

I use a completely different approach playing the every four minute (RNG drawn) game also here in NY.

Another approach I use (for the ball drop drawn game) is to make a listing of numbers that come up after the lastest drawing hisrorically.

For example..the last draw in NY started with 1-3.  I go back in recent history and list what has come up after those numbers the most.

If you examine this, you will be surprised that you will be able to create a pool of 8-10  numbers to try for the next draw.  Very interesting little quick workout.  I have hit a decent amount of 6 and 7 of 10 with this.

    LottoBux,

    you may wait for ages!!!!What?

I believe again that the KEY is the TRENDS...of numbers, in other words what's likely to happen! Having a pool of 22 numbers out of 80 (almost 1/4 ratio) is sure sign to win!!! AND win a lot!!!

I'm Not Saying I Do,But There Are People Out There That Do.

My Problem Is The Opposite;Changing Up My Numbers Too Often.

I Agree...The Trend Is Your Friend.Timing Is Everything.

Ontario Keno Is A 10/20/70 Game Drawn Twice Daily.

I Agree That On Average,The Number Of E/O & H/L Is In The 9-11 Range.

      I Used To Track A Lot Of Different Data;Decades,Last Digits,Hottest Pairs,Triples etc.

I Haven't Played As Much Since It Went To 2 Draws Daily.

How Many Draws Do You Consider As Recent History?

        eddessaknight,

not even a hit with this set of numbers more than 150 draws... but the add on of 37 or 36 improved actually the results a bit. Personally, I don't recommend the above set of numbers (none of them) as there is no passepartout in KENO.

Thank You for your interest & replies kenoenthuiast & downanddirty, et al-

Do appreciate your candid report on your findings regarding the unvine number sets. I might have had lucky results that day on live play. Question remains What happened to his post on this thread???

Now regarding the power  of "1" number, as you witnessed w/#37=36,  a consistent 3-1 payoff (although seemingly relatively low),  in  Vegas is considered decent especeially if it performs as a virttual arm lock within approx 3 to 6 games. One verifiable old timer regular won #30,000 on the number 12 @ Boulder Station - check  with live keno supervisor via phone for confirmation.

Here is some more observation that can easily be backtested , #1 hits how soon = #8 appers as above. or #17 followed by #35 or vica versa. Again not each & every time but more often then not, better then cold number pics  and well above the odds -

What is perhaps beyond coincidence is these put of the box numerics projections perform proportianetly as well in other games like Rouletta.

If you want to see & check more I will be happy to post  more for all to verify - I sell nothing, all Keno pro bono publico

How Many Draws Do You Consider As Recent History?

i'm in GA and our Keno game is 20/80 is every 4 minutes. Initially I wasn't hitting anything but I've finally gotten a little consistency playing 3 spots with the mulitiplier. 3 spots here is $25 for hitting all 3 numbers and for the most part I get a 2x multiplier when i hit. I rarely play above 5 spots because the its so hard to get that many numbers.

I basically pick a number I see that comes up a lot and use that as main number, a lot of times numbers that come up a lot aren't listed on the screen as a hot number.  Next I then play a number that I see consistently coming up every 2-3 games everyday in particular the number 2 or the number 23 and for the final number I play another number that comes up consistently every now and then and its basically by feel most of the time its usually 40 or 63. So many times in my gut I feel a number and don't play it only to see it come up so I believe intution and going with your 1st hunch is important.

Using this system I've been able to win without spending much of my own money because here when you hit 2 out of 3 numbers you get at least $2 back and more if you play the multiplier so I am basically playing the state's money and not my own.   I've never had to spend more than $20 of my own money using this system.

my next goal is to come up with something that works for 5 spot games you get $400 for hitting all 5 spots and then it drops to $17 for 4 spots but if you have the multiplier that can help a little.

The posting above is from a post that echos my thoughts and the way Keno in Maryland is played.I use different numbers from above. The pay off in Maryland is 3=$25, 4=$50,5=$300,6=$1000,7=$2500,8=$10,000,9=$25,000,10=$100,000.

Maryland has a screen that gives you 20 hot numbers and 20 cold numbers. It is best you watch and see for youself. The reason being these could be ready to change at any time.

Maybe another method can be to choose 5 pairs (10 numbers) and play them together, all possible combinations.

If a,b,c,d,e are the pairs there you have it:

            {a,b} {a,c} {a,d} {a,e} {b,c} {b,d} {b,e} {c,d} {c,e} {d,e}

I usually take ONLY the last 2 draws (I think more than enough) to give me 4 numbers (that's 50 euros).

If anybody else has other ideas about choosing a better pool of those 10 numbers, he/she is welcome to tell...
