More often or more money?
Jackpots go to quick picks 70 to 80% of the time we're told. You can look it up, as Casey Stengel used to say. So I'll say the QP player will win more, unles you're talking about lower pizes. Even at that, should a QP player win a jackpot you could spend the nwxt dozen lifetimes grinding out lesser prizes and never catch them.
With the MM grid increased to 75 numbers I'd say the QP stats will become even stronger.
But no matter how the numbers are selected, should they match the drawing it's nothing but blind luck.
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

But He has been known to intervene in football games- especially if SMU or BYU is playing Notre Dame.
