While I don't know of anyone who quit their job to play lotteries full time I do know of a few retired people who study and play lotteries as a serious hobby with the amount of time and money others invest in RVing, traveling, hunting, camping, fishing, drinking and socializing.  That's probably why a fair number of lottery winners are older and retired.

"That's probably why a fair number of lottery winners are older and retired."

I know several people who began playing tourney poker after they retired, but they didn't quit their jobs so they could play. There are probably lots of retirees at horse and dog racing tracks too. There is huge difference between supplementing an existing income with a lottery strategy and lottery winnings being the only source of income.

If what he claimed was true, it would take more than your appreciations for him to share it with you.

              I would certainly imagine...

I wasn't suggesting that retirees were supplementing their incomes playing lotteries, just that they now had the time and money to pursue it seriously as any other activity that takes time and money.

                              You nailed it ogg,

These clever/deceptive requests seem to be coming out of the woodwork these days. The Lottery Post being an OPEN forum you never know who's seeking information on their own or perhaps on the behalf of the Lottery Commission.

Sometimes it's extremely difficult if not practically impossible to get people to disregard the smoke and mirrors.  Instead, they seem to enjoy the ride down the proverbial Garden Path....... helpless to extricate themselves from being totally deceived by known forces in their midst who would argue that they have come here for the sole purpose of helping people.......str8ca$hhomie
