The only criticism I've heard from some is that A+ is in DOS. I can care less about that as long as it
1. does what I need it to do
2. I can access it in widows
3. I can print my charts out.
Since I can do all three, I'm a happy camper.
So how is the poll doing? Not so good it seems.
The thing about DOS is that its fast, I suppose.
I mean excel is pretty fast except when it locks up. My excel was locking up for a while, and I had some criticism about that until I realized it was because I thought I was clever and tried something new only to find out it was dumb.
But now my charts are working again so I am a happy camper too.
And yes printing out charts is good. However it is a good idea to put those printed charts in a nice notebook, so you can better organize and view your trends.
And one thing I really like about A+ is that I can get the info into excel through a convoluted series of steps. Well I was taught how to do it in 7 convoluted steps, but I bypassed some steps and reduced the steps to 3 or 4. So for instance I put the A+ skip chart into excel.
I bet you didn't know you could do that.
