If you can control yourself, the lottery is a good deal. Everything is so expensive these days, spending $100 a year to win millions is nothing.

Agreed.  $104 a year on Mega Millions & a single $2 bet on Powerball every draw its at $300 million+.

Speaking of self control hows the plant based diet coming yall?

Remember that Meat, Oil & Sugar is causing all the Heart Attacks, Cancer, and Diabetes.  Its amazing people won't cook their own healthy food at home and take it with them but will go to a restaurant several times a week and spends tons of money on food that is killing them.  Its great for the doctors.  Its great for the hospitals.  Its great for the drug companies.  Its great for the medical device companies.  Not so good for the MEDICARE budget thats got the country's economy on its back for good no matter who wins the elections.  Oh well like you said RedStang.....its about self control.

People say they got the right to eat what they want but when they do and start getting sick past 40 and the central bank(janet Yellen) has to print an extra trillion dollars or two EVERY SINGLE YEAR to pay for all this through Medicare & Medicade aren't the people at fault for the bad economy? no?  Your freedom to eat what you want and then get sick and put the tab on the central bank to print money above tax revenue to pay for all of it and cause the inflation and economic turmoil is a travesty.  Its happening in Europe also.  Keep eating the steaks, hamburgers, oily fries, oily apple pies, oily chips, soft drinks, and liquor.

We are getting close to the central bank telling the president and congress we will no longer fund Medicare and Medicade.  The central bank will tell the politicians to take a hike.  Then what will happen you think?  You think the politicians have got the guts to nationalize the fed and print the money itself? Haha instant world wide hyperinflation on the dollar the second thats whispered by a president or house majority leader no?  You need to rich or healthy at that point.  Start early Big Grin   What ya think?

Why not play Pick-3 with the same number straight and multiply that by $100.00? That why if your numbers hit, that would be around $50K which you could use to increase your bets. At least with Pick-3 your chances of winning are a lot better than the Lottery scratch offs, as well as the regular Pick-5, Pick-6, PB, and MM put together. Especially if you want to win as soon as possible.

PLAYING THE LOTTERY IS NOT CHEAP.

              $100 PER YEAR X 50 YEARS=$5,000.

Keep adding $100 per year to those -$5,000 in the hole. Yes, you have already played the lottery for 50 years.

$100 per year is not a lot. I pay $100 for a Massachusetts Megabucks Doubler subscription.  I have only won small prizes so far. But for the sake of $2 a week its worth the fun.

And if my numbers do come up, it will have been worth it!

We all get a lot out of lotteries!
