First of all, at least for men, a person should not eat no less than about 1500 calories each day, or so they say, if you need to reduce a lot, then you should just take a longer time to do so.

So at least for men if you need to lose weight eat no less than 1500 calories each day, sooner or later you should lose the weight.

If your weight is right now O.K. or if you don't want to lose, then don't worry.

If you need to lose weight then you need to count:

Carbs

Protein

Fat

And Calories, don't worry too much about the Fiber.

It might also be best to eat 4 meals a day instead of 3 or 2.

Do try to get enough vitamins and minerals.

Ditko's comic book charaters and stories were just so special and unique and very much unlike most of the others, they had a very special flavor.

I think that only Jack Kirby was almost as great as Steve Ditko:

High Blood Pressure?

This is not all, this is mostly just about spices and herbs:

First of all: The pharmacy cartels, the doctors (The American Medical Association), the hospitals and the U.S.A government say that food is not medicine, so they say that you can't heal yourself nor anybody else with food, we are talking about industries worth billions or trillions of dollars, not to mention the all powerfull U.S.A. government, so I guess that they must be right, otherwise we are or will be in a hell of a lot of trouble or so they say.

I will delete my website.

I am wasting my time, I don't need the website, I am going to delete it and give back the Web space, it was a little fun, but I don't need to have such a thing, I did learn a little more about HTML5 and CSS, but I don't need to know such things anyway, at least not right now.

As you can see making a simple website doesn't have to be too hard.

I am working on this very slowly as I am in no hurry to finish it.

It will be a work in progress for quite a while, little by little it can begin to be of some use to me and or to some people, but probably not yet, it might be a few more weeks before it can be of a little use sometimes.

First of all you need:

Some Web space, either free or paid, your Internet service provider might give you a little Web space, otherwise get it somewhere else as I did, either paid or free as I am not masking a business I got free Web space.

To make the Web site with, you can either use the website making tools that the provider of your Web space has and gives or you can download a website or webpage making software as there are many of those and some of them are freeware or you can make the site by "hand" and or by copy and paste.

Either way you might want to learn some or a little HTML, but maybe mostly HTML5 and also HTML CSS, as you might sooner or later want to know what is what you are doing.

As for an HTML and CSS editor you can use the "Notepad" program that already comes with Windows, it is Windows Notepad and it is a text editor, but also can be used as a HTML editor.

They use low power and low distance bluetooth, they might be of very limited use, they might help you find your keys, wallet or telephone at your house.

Maybe You Are Never Too Old To Learn, Unless You Are Sick.

I just finished doing a little more work on the Web-site just to make it look better, but I have a lot more work to do to it, but some other times, little by little, for quite a while it will be a work in progress.

But you should take a look a the "Restaurants" page, that-one is probably finished as it is right now and mostly take a good look at the very first link on there.

Most, but maybe not all of the rest of the information pages that I will add in the future will be like those pages, they will of course have links to a lot of other information that is not there right now.

It is kind of fun learning new things if they are things that you might want to learn about and that you can learn, because some things might be too hard for us to learn.

Looks as if learning a little HTML is not too hard.

Learning by example is easier.

And that Web-site might be of some use sometime(s) once it is more finished.

For example, "The Mostly Local Information Page" I will in the more or less near future I will redo and I will also have on the Web site a U.S.A. national counter-part for it that people form other cities and states can use, besides much more.

One you take a look at HTML you will see that some-things you can do in more than one way.
