If My Count is Correct, I had 119 Quick Picks as My take on this one. Got 1 Repeat from Game 7. Net Cost is a little loss of confidence. This Not Easy, It is just Easy to Make the Wrong Choice.
The Sniper Rifle is Ready for Testing. By Testing, I mean Forward, Not Backward. For Me, I think Back Testing does something to your sense of Reality. Often after Back Testing an Idea, I have fallen into the notion that “It Ain’t that Hard”. Setting Filters after the fact Only lets you know that the Winners Survived the Filters. That is comforting; but, Dialing up a Set of Filters for a New Game erases all of it and you are left standing at the edge of an abyss with a list that you hope names the Next Numbers emerging from that abyss. Making the List has been made easy by the Control Panel. To Me (because I created it and have played with it and understand it) the Control Panel is Simple to Operate. The Problem is that it is very precise and a bit squirrely. Squirrely in that there are so many Switches. In my attempt to put it all right in front of the Operator, It, could be too much to take in; but, If, you look at it for awhile and get a chance to flip a few Switches and simultaneously see the Wounded and Rescued Report Update, you might find something. I don’t know because I have not found it yet. Truth is, I probably Won’t Find IT, because IT does not exist.
I am now taking aim at Pairs. The Man in the Check Covered Bus appears to be particularly interested in Consecutive Pairs and calls them Twins. Triplets are also on his Radar.
If you go back to the Origin of the 8 Game Round (39/5) and apply it to Pairs you get a 74 Game round. That is because there are 741 possible pairs 10 of which are drawn each Game. (741/10). The 2/3 Rule on the None Hitting Pairs (at least in Ca) runs at 35.8% on average. The Beginning of the Pairs Hunt begins with the Running 8 Game No Hit % as shown in the Picture Below.

After last Night's Entry, I took a look at my Selection of the Structure Code. I am still holding to No Blocks Labeled 001. I am looking at 023 instead. I am also selecting Combinations with 1 or 2 Repeats from Game 7. There are Still a Lot of Combinations to Weed Out; but, that Is it for today's Test. The Rifle is hitting it's Targets. The Operator is still learning what to shoot.

Looking at all of these options, I honestly have no Clue. So I will Turn to the Game and Round Filters. Any one following Repeats from the Last Game? We are on a 6 Game Skip going into tonight's Draw. 5 Skips has happened 3 Times in the last 400 Draws; but there has been no 6th Skip until yesterday. Will there be A 7th Skip? I have not done a Skip / Run Analysis beyond 400 Games (and the one I did do was a quick visual count), the Inclusion of this Data is almost Ready. Maybe Later Today.

Below is the Filter List Followed by the Casualty Report

There are a lot of Rescued and Survivors in the Report. Normally I go back and Flip a Few Switches to get these groups to be smaller. Tonight I am going to look at the Rescued_Wounded and Perhaps the Dead. Neither has a Block Labeled 001 So the Structure will come from the 0XX numbers and 050 fits the Criteria that I decided on to End this Test.
BUILDING PLAN
I have been fooled before, thinking that Random has a Sense of Direction. There is no doubt in my mind that there is a sense of direction in the dust layers that I am sifting through. Neither is there a Doubt that “any connection” exists between the Dust and Random in the Future. That “connection” today is another belief that a Shift to average is coming. That means that attention must be paid to from 1 to 3 Blocks labeled 1 in our Structure.

The Last 48 Structure #s are shown above. I am Staring at the 200’s for some Reason (I am probably fooling my self with stubbornness). That just is where I am Drawn With the Sniper Scope. At present I am out of ammunition so I am just looking over the aftermath of the Filter Operation. This is a New Weapon that changes each day. Combine a Sniper with no experience and flick of a button Targeting System, well as the results so far indicate we don’t know what we are doing.
Nearing the completion of Sniper_539_Model_1. Every day after some morning modifications and incorporating anything that I might have dreamed about, I have been taking aim at California Fantasy 5. I gotta be a little careful. I don’t want to shoot out the windows of my glass Laboratory.
I know the Reports and Charts are being skimmed, as they should be (So Far). The Charts are evolving. The Control Panel Simplified, and a few more tests and it will be time to Practice.
Each time that the Targets are selected, no matter how slick the process, a guess has to bridge the void, and you are left to your own intuition. Automated firing Systems to date cause far more collateral damage than Good. Even my guesses are doing more harm than good. It all seams so clear when I set the filters after the Draw to see what I should have done.
I am not going to put up any more on this today. I have Outside stuff to do. Below is a look at the Filter Selection and results. I quit at Structure Formation so No Numbers to Wheel.

The Combinations are only as good as the Filter Settings. This is Still by no means a Strategy. This is merely a demonstration of a Prototype Sniper Rifle. I don’t particularly like the Gun Association; but, I can’t seem to come up with anything Bus Related at the moment.
I’ve been Working on My Wheel this morning. The Rescued Numbers for Todays Draw are shown Below in their positions for the Next Draw. I made the decision to go with the Rescued group today; because, there was a good representation of the 001 group from the Round Filters.

The Wheel is a bit awkward right now. To keep the number of lines down, I have to run 2 Numbers at a time from the P1 Position. The Wheel then identifies the unique combinations that I Cut and Paste to a Summary Sheet. The Wheel produced 577 Combinations from the Rescued Numbers wheeled by Block Selections in the 5 Position. Those Combinations are shown at the End of today’s Entry.
The Following is My first Step by Step Selection Process.
I started First with the Game Filters.

This Game is on a 3 Game Skip. This Game hits at least 1 Number in 56% of the Draws; so, I expect the Skip to Stop. I set the Group Filter to 002; because, Repeats from the 002 Group happen more than from 003.

This Game hits at least 1 Number in 54% of Draws. Tuning this one on and Selecting the 002 Group to be Rescued.
Round Filters.
Today I decided to turn all Round Filters on and Rescue only those Numbers in the 001 Group. Round Filters in the case are placing the Last Draw of the Round in the Snipers Cross hairs and protecting only the numbers from the 001 Group. This Decision was also made with the intent of Wheeling only the Numbers from the Rescued Group. Remember Game Filters only affect Numbers that are in the 002 and 003 Groups. This group of Round Filter Settings bring in numbers from the 001 Group and provide access to all groups in the Final Selection Process.
Below are the Rescued Numbers from the Game and Round Filters. The Numbers have also been separated into Groups.

The Next Step is the Building. Remember, the building is a Group of Structures. In this case they are represented by the 577 Combinations the came out of the Wheel. I chose a Structure3 of 311. I went with 3 numbers from the 001 Group based in the following Percentages

The Last 2 Draws have gone against this Direction so I am expecting the Random Arrivals to be more Centrist. Those are the Politics of Eightville. Maybe this time they will be the quiet ones. In that Case I offer them Cabin Number 311-577. I have assembled what I hope are the Members of the Family (the 577 Combinations) to welcome them. The Family is a bit to large for comfort. In the future those members will be put through a final culling. This one is done from the Wheel Produced List. The First combinations to get rid of are those that have hit before. Next you could apply other stuff, like Odd/Even, Sum, etc.
That’s my shop Task today
The 577. I do not promise that this is the complete list or that duplicates might be present. I think it is all good, but let me know if you see issues, (whoever is interested). Doing my work in a glass building for all to see. Why? I guess you could say it gets a bit lonely flying a drone. You see a lot of cool stuff and want to share and get a little feedback. I bet they have a mini Bar on that Bus.

In case I confused you about the definition of a “Building” (Still in a Construction State of Mind). I think I referred to a building as a single combination yesterday. I then went on to the Factory analogy and described a building as a group of structures with individual options. The Later definition is correct. Buildings are ordered by Structure# and refined by the Game and Round Filter Settings.
The Game and Round Filters are contained in What is called the Sniper File; hence the “Wounded Group”. The Wounded Count is directly related to the number of Filters that are Turned “Off”. The Sniper will wound any Number that is in a Filter that is turned “Off”. For Example if you do not think that there will be a repeat from the last draw, you would turn the Game_7 filter “Off” and Wound all 5 numbers from the last Draw. The picture below shows the Game_7 Filter. In the Second Row there is a Spark Line, A cool Excel option that shows a mini Graph of 48 Games and the Number of hits from Game 7 in Game 8.

Below are the hindsight settings for Last Nights Draw. We Rescued 4 Winners among the 10 that were Saved. The 5th Winner was “UNTOUCHED” by the Filters. All 5 Winners were in the Group of 20 Survivors.

Working on this Control Panel at present. This is a “Partially” filtered result. Round Filters are affecting the 001 Selections.

I am only running this thing backwards right now. I am running some look backs with fixed filter settings. Results are usually poor but some prior hit intervals emerge and are stored for further analysis. Perhaps there are connections to some Watch Values that Fore Tell of a Filter Setting being correct. There is a bunch of work to run the tests and the Fixed Setting must be Cataloged so the Data Grows.
I wonder where the Bus with the Check is Right Now. Reports have been slowing down. I still don’t know What the Method is. I wonder also where the Bus would go if it came to Eight Towne?
Back to the Shop.
A Cruise around Eight Land.
Using a few definitions in this case “Structures and Blocks” to define EIGHT TOWNE.
Each Number has a Block Designation based on its hit count in Eight Consecutive Games. Block Designations are 001, 002, and 003(3hits or more). A Draw always includes 5 Blocks. An Example, last nights California Fantasy 5 (Game 8996) was

Structures can be cataloged by counting the number of Designations (Hit Counts) in a Draw and by stating same as a 3 Digit Sequence. The Example would be Structure Number 122. (1 @001, 2@002, 2@003). The following is a list of the Structure Codes with Historical Data. The second Gold Column lists the Number of Combinations in the Current Game for the 21 Structure Codes. Note that Structure Number 122 had 50,490 Combinations in Last night’s Game. Populations Vary from Game to Game; however, Rankings do not change.

As you fly over Eight Town you see 21 Villages with populations shown in the second Gold Column. The Village with the Greatest Population is 221, with 89,760 Buildings. Finding the Correct Village is the First Step; however, finding the Correct Building (Combination) is still a long journey.
Analogous to the Construction Process, a Plan or “Blue Print” for the Winning Building (Combination) for the Next Game is the Goal. Like Modular Buildings, you can order one from the Factory but you have a few more options to sort thru to get a Permit in the correct neighborhood.
In the Real Construction Process, Plans today are essentially all done with the aide of a computer program. In fact this process is so advanced that you can literally produce the final Design from a 3 D Model into which you can designate specific products in locations within the model. Windows, Doors, Cabinets for Example can be selected from catalogs and then distributed throughout the plan sheets in the Construction Set.
Design of Structures in Eight Towne are also done with the aid of a Computer. In My Design Studio, I use Excel. Buildings can be ordered from the Factory by making a few Selections from a list of Optional Features offered in Each Line (Structure #). Not all buyers are sure of the Structure # that they want and resort to an alternate Design Process. This alternate process finds Structure Numbers that offer the Feature Options that the buyer wants.
Think of a Number (1-39) as an Octahedron. There are 7 additional Sides that can be used to describe the “Block” Number. Let’s say that we assign a color to each side of the “Block” that designates the Game of the First 7 that it Hit. If a Number did not hit in a game that side is White.

You can then Select a Number based on any Color. The first thing to recognize is that when going this path, you are selecting Numbers that will either be an 002 or 003 and that the count of 001 is thereby reduced. The Structure begins to form with each Color Selection. Below is the 8 Game Round for last night’s Draw and the running color Coding for 8 Consecutive Games. The Color Coding for Game 8 is what happened last Night. There are 4 Colored Numbers in that Row. That means that the Structure Code First Digit was 1 and that there was 1 Number that had not been drawn in the 7 Games preceding the Draw. Games 1-7 are colored as they would appear as Game 8 as you roll back over time.

Selecting “On” and Repeat Filter 003 included the winning Number 4 plus 32 and Wounded Numbers 18, 30 and 36. The Picture below shows the Filter Settings that produced the best results. Remember, this is a selection of only the 002 and 003 Blocks in the Structure and therefore could only Rescue 4 of the Winning Numbers. Percentages are Skip/Frequency Values for the Counts listed in the Top Row.

The Skip/Frequency percentages are temporary and likely to be replaced by some other “Watch” Values; but, for now they are colored when greater than 100%. Given that the Winning Structure was 122, and We have Rescued 4 of the Winners the remaining Winner is Filtered from the Previous Rounds. In this case rounds are numbered backwards. Round 1 precedes the Current Round.
Below is a picture of the Filter Settings for the 4 rounds that preceded the Current Round. The Filter Settings are the Best that could be found (again in hindsight) In the Filter it is the Last Game of the Round that is in the Snipers line of fire.

The Results from Round Filters are Below. Again Filters are set in hindsight and show the best outcome.

Round are also used as Stand Alone Filters to select Numbers from the 001 Group in the Next Draw.
The Results of all of the Filter Settings combined is shown Below

Note that the Optimum Filter Settings Rescued all 5 Winners among it’s 13 Saves. They were also among the 23 Survivors.
Again using hindsight to follow the Golden Path, you are able to “Wheel these Numbers by position”. That reduces the 1287 possible combinations of the 13 significantly.
The Following shows the Results from the Rescued Numbers. 168 is the Number of Combinations.

Now might be a good time to inform you that that is your order from the Factory and it would have cost $168.00 to get the 5 Match and several 4 and 3 hits as well.
Now to Figure out how to use this thing.
It strikes me that at the base of all of this is the belief in a Random Quest for Balance. The Draw in the Data above was the Total Opposite of that Notion. We would Expect that when the 7 Game Tally showed extra “Repeats” that more 001 would be drawn. That Random would flow towards it’s average; but, it continued its pace. In fact, 9 of the last 10 Numbers Drawn were “Repeats”.
Beware! 1 Wrong Option can Delete a Winning Number. The Cost of the Order is not this low very often.
Basically, to its own Basic?
The word basically is a great word, in my opinion. I believe that you should only use the word to describe a noun or with an adverb when describing action. I’m gong to go with Basically Basic in this Case. I'll take it to mean “What have WE GOT In the 5_39 Lottery?” In California we have around 8800 Lines x 5 Columns of Numbers 1-39. Add to that a Date Column and an optional Game Number and that is as Basic as it Gets. It all comes surrounded by a Fence that Reads "These Lines Have No effect on the Other Side of the Fence. WE imagine that there is something in the Lines that will tell us something about the Next Line. So It Starts.
We Add 39 Columns, one for Each Number. We Dive in and start Counting. We count how many times that a number has hit in the 8800 Lines. We call it a Hit Count. We next divide the Number of Lines by the Hit Count to get a Frequency. We can then Select on Overlay of any number of consecutive Lines and Count and divide to Get a Frequency over that Game Period. We can Roll the Overlay over the Game History and Watch these values Change. I typically used a Game Overlays of 20+ Games.
The Next thing we look at is Where did a Number Hit in the 8880 Lines. We Start Counting how many lines down from the Top Line until we spot a number. We call that line count a Skip. With the Skip and Frequency calculated for every Number + the actual Draw Numbers (5 more columns) We then Divide the Skip by the Frequency (39 more columns). Expressed as a percentage it tells us how the Skip Relates to the Frequency. When a Skip is less than a Frequency the percentage is less than 100%. When the Skip is Greater than the Frequency, the percentage is greater than 100%. That is pretty much it for the Basic Math that can be applied to the Numbers. We Can Do Sums, Odd/Even...stuff like that as well.
In the Past, I used to Start a game with several bags of Numbers. 3 Bags were labeled Hits each with an additional 1, 2, or 3. The bag labeled "Hits_1" contained the Numbers with the 13 Lowest Hit counts. The Bag Labeled "Hits_2" (The Middle 13) and the "Hits_3", (The Top 13) Hit Counts. In the Pick 3/4 I used the Same Grouping. The bags were just lighter. I carried 4 more Bags that I used to label "S/F 1 thru 4". Here again I bagged the Values from the Lowest 10, Low Middle 10, High Middle 10 and Highest 9. That was about all that my systems were calculating thru their various Name Changes, most recently the Fantasy 5 DNA Program.
Some may think and Be Right, that I have NO METHOD. I Totally Accept that and I will not deny it. What I mainly do is Make TOOLS. I create a series of buttons to push and Walla...out pop some combinations. Close to those Buttons I show some data about an Options History and its effect on the Output. The Options select Bags of Numbers and Discards the others. An Option can affect all 5 of the Draw Columns or a Single Column. I show Graphs of the Values hits for Each Option, Looking for inspiration to follow any Trend that I See (Or Don't). I run hundreds of Back tests and Graph the Results from various Fixed Option Settings and have tried a few that used a formula to select the Option with minimum success.
Along Comes the "8 Game Round". The Idea was in a pamphlet handed out by a Guy who got out of a Buss with a picture of a Check for $150K. Emblazoned on the Side sere the Words "My Method is the ONLY WAY to the promised Land" in Large Green Letters. I tried to poke around the Buss a little. See what Powered it. I asked to look at the Engine and the Man Said, “Read this and Get in or we are leaving without you”.
Here is What the Concept did to my Processes. It Totally Changed What was to be Counted. It Changed the Way those things were Counted. It Totally changed how the Numbers found their way into the Hit Bags. It also seems to have affected my sense of Time. Instead of bringing counts to a game, I was Leaving a Game With the 3 Bags. It is not a big deal, I thought. Just a different definition? No, it was also a different Count. It Effectively added a Hidden Group, those Numbers that had not hit anywhere in an 8 Game round. It just means that you have to Add 1 to Every Numbers Hit Value to Direct them, if you will, to their Bag for the Next trip to the Draw. The normal top value for a numbers hits in an 8 game Round is 3, and any more and a Number goes to Bag 3. Going back to my Drone, it gave me a whole new way to measure the Terrain (I was a Surveyor in My former Life). It also gave me a glimpse into what was powering the Buss that the Mystery Man Got Out of. All of my Old Stuff was there waiting to be viewed thru this new Scope, So I flew around. I grabbed a little bit here and there and I went to work on some new Buttons.
I will admit to you that I Feel Free of the Grip of Strategy and that my Files really don't have One. They are What/If derived from If/Then. Endless Back Tests looking for the right If/Then is the focus of each Test. That is the Information that I Try to Locate by the Button to "Inspire" a Guess.
What About These Tools? What do they Do? A Couple of years ago, I created a skeleton, a Block of the Basic Data that could expanded to fit any Inquiry. Simple Stuff Like “How Many Hits for Each Number, stuff like that. And more complicated like “What Numbers have hit alongside the Number 5?” I add a few more columns to the Base that match a Formula and the derivatives of its options creating a new Range to be analyzed and Rolled back in Time. Twins? Triples? Got Them too.
Additional Data (Columns) can be added based on Any Formula and these in turn can be distributed across a few More Columns, Usually the Number of Options in the Formula or the Number of Places that the Formula might include or combinations thereof are added. Once a New Set of Columns is added that History is available to View next to a Button with which to select an option as an Excluder or Includer. The Buttons control an area of a Worksheet that Selects Items that match the Filter Selection and Sends them on for having Passed of Failed the Test. Multiple Filters, Pass or Fail the Numbers again and again. Numbers Pass 1 or more Filters for example or they could fail them all. All of this so far is still Not a Strategy or a Method. It is Only a set of Options for the Tool based on the Names Given to the group of Columns that created and support the Options themselves.
The Takeaway?
I did not sell myself very well, (Not that I am actually for sale) as an asset when it came to the Data that Victor’s Method would Require. I believe the Tool can be easily adapted to those Formulas. Providing that the Structure Definitions are the Same, The Tool can be easily modified to a Specific Number of Buttons and a Guide or a suggested Sequence in which they should be pushed. That is WHAT VICTORS METHOD is when run by a Computer Program aka TOOL. The Tool Does this by changing its columns based the Formulas or Watch Values and updating the Assignments to Each Number produced by said formulas. Multiple Methods can be Applied. I suspect that much of the Data is already in the Giant block all ready to be Looked at for Watch Values. Adding a Formula that relates one column to another is most likely part of The Method.
Poor Communication that got Off on the Wrong Foot because I wanted to Fly a Drone instead of getting on the Bus. There have been some Rocky Moments; But, the Important things are all Good. Frayed relationships are on the Mend. The Buss is Rolling. I am not even close to the best at Excel. Excel is not the “ONLY WAY”. I don’t talk like that. I Know a few already on the Buss that will develop a way to apply The Method most likely in multiple programs.
In the meantime, the Number of columns continues to Grow. The Number of Files grows as well because the Twins and Triples have to many columns for my computers mind to hold when taken together and creeps when either is taken by itself. People Better Trained in excel could no doubt speed things up a bit. That might not be necessary with the right Export or Assembly Strategy that exports Text Files or csv files for use by the Control Panel on the Tool. Kind of like a Sim Card that could put the Tool on autopilot.
For those that might have missed it. Drone = Tool.
Look for a While. I'll Tell you my Formula Some Day. I'll Let you know How My Trees are Doing in a Few Days.

Take a simple idea and multiply it a few times, Combine Ideas and multiply Them a Few Times. You will soon find that you have a Tree with many branches all connected to the Source. Every Day the Source Changes. Most of the branches can not connect back to the New Source. Those that cannot connect to the New Source (the Draw) are burnt to a Crisp but stay in place. The Ghosts of Trees Past When Brought to the Present will see some of their charred branches turn to Gold. We Seek the Golden Branches. In them we can find the path to the Source and be there to collect the Gold When the New Source appears.
What We Need is a tool that Brings those Trees into the Present. We Need to be able to Look at Many trees at the Same Time. We Then Need to be able to Look at All of those Trees over Several of the Previous "New" Sources (Draws). When We do that, We Can See all of the Golden Branches. We can Find the Trees with the Most Gold (Or Fools Gold if you think I am Crazy) As Time Rolls back we can see the Crisp limbs turn to Gold and appear to grow again. When We return to the Present We can See all of the Trees that Have Golden Limbs just waiting to reconnect. We can then Select the Branches that we think will turn to Gold. Perhaps the answers lie in the DNA of the Branches. The Idea is the DNA of the Branch. For Example Your Idea is to Look Only at the Draw Type. In this Case you have a Stump Like Tree. It is between 1 and 3 feet tall. When You Look at Say 100 Ghost Trees, You can Pick out for example the ones that Need a Type 1 Draw to Reconnect. You See all of the Trees and The Type that reconnects them. Now Roll Back and see how many have Connected. The Trees will disappear fast; but a few will outlast the others. When you get back far enough only 1 Tree will remain. That Tree will be on a Run equal to the number of games back when if did not connect. If the Number is high enough it should be expected that it will not reconnect. In that case the Value or Type that if would select would not reconnect. That means that the Other Type was the Correct Connection to the New Source. The Longest Connected Tree will have to disconnect sooner or later. This is a little bit like 2 Strings. I will be taking a look for some similarities that might fertilize the Trees>HA!

Back from an imaginary 1 Year trip in the Lottery Wilderness.
I left LP 1 year ago because I was a bit overwhelmed. To many Games, too much thought about ideas to post, posting ideas without Thinking Them Thru and the Replies that rightfully questioned my sanity as well as developing a thin Skin that produced bitter and snippy Responses were sucking the air out of my Brain. I needed to get away and think and then concentrate. So I left and wandered into the Pick 3 Galaxy, forgetting about all of the other Games
While away, I still Looked in on the Pick 3 debate and created a few systems to test “New” or “Re-revisited” ideas under discussion.
LP was and still is the Place with the Most Ideas and Robust debate. It is also refreshing to see that as the Political discourse in our country has descended negatively, LP has gone the other way. So, let me shake the dust off of my coat and sit by the Fire with you all again. I have need of exchange and feedback to see what I have missed or what I should Look for.
My search is all with the Hope of finding The NEXT with the data from the Past. That may be a false premise; but that only leaves me with Excel Random Functions, Quick Picks or some fixed set.
Wandering Surface of Pick 3 Wilderness, suggested That the answer lay elsewhere. The answer was not on the Ground it was in the Universe. The ground is where the “Meteors” from the explosions in the Universe that occur with every Draw land. Some of my old posts described “Mining” the surface and staking claims as to where the next “Meteor” might Strike. Oh, I will add that this surface of the mine Flat. I was standing over the last crash site trying to predict the next. Nothing worked that was practical. The Only thing I found was a system that showed a profit over the entire history of Ca. Pick 3. That may sound incredible but; I found it. The only problem was the area sometimes went over a year without producing a combination. Looking back at the history of the area showed that in 14,000 games there were only around 1400 games in which a number was present in the area and if played on that date hits were enough to offset cost over time in around 10 cycles from the beginning. The cumulative profit from this area reached a maximum of $1500 and then returned to slightly above 0. By the way, most of the combinations that appeared in this area were Triples. The System is on the shelf and in need of update. I am searching elsewhere for the Mother Lode.
An idea that I recently saw suggested a way to add another dimension to the mine. That came in the form of a system that applied to the Next 1-8 Games. I applied this idea to a few of my 3 option per digit systems with a small improvement in success; but, the mine was still essentially flat. Going back a few games, producing a pool of numbers and then tracking them over a few games only made molehills and certainly did not leave the surface.
So I wondered if there was a way to blast off or at least pear thru the cloud that obscures the view above. In that space are all of the Pick 3 Planets (Games) in existence. Each one ejects a meteor that hits the surface at a specified moment in time. Could the Meteors be related? How where those Meteors produced by a Ball System Different than those from a Computer? And the Big Question: Is a Meteor from 1 Planet affected by or related to a Meteor from another?
I have come back to Refine My thinking on this Idea. I look forward to Any input and will try to answer all questions. There is a lot of work to do. It would be impossible without the work of WinsumLosum and for that I am extremely Grateful.
On another Subject, I may have grown a bit paranoid on my journey. I read most of the Posts regarding conspiracies. I started to wonder If the Lottery industry employed people to run the various systems revealed on line to eliminate combinations. Could Pre-Draws eliminate combinations that are derived from some of the Formulas. I tend to think so. Why else would they do it. Ball Draws are subject to physics. Imbalance is created when the physical properties of 1 ball differ from another. My guess is that Lottery induced imbalance comes from a variation in the Center of Gravity of the Balls. Random Generated combinations are a different story. We will never know the level of manipulation that takes place. Let’s just say that all of the data is available to the Lottery person or “Program” that produced the Draw. In Real Time the Lottery's know exactly how many winners and where those winners were purchased. The delay in the payout results after the draw is announced is a farce designed to make us think that they did not know. That makes me a bit reluctant to publicly share System Specifics. I will however, share with individuals that are interested and are hopefully not working for the Lottery
Glad to Be Back
