Friends and the Large Screen from Sisco System...Friends or watching them through the syscom system screen watching them work out in a gym whereever you are live...Remember what i said, friends or someone to work out with is a more important part when working out...So if you had that screen specially if is a large screen and you can connect with your friends as though was a cell phone TV...is better you get better results...

I got a diet plan that i think will help you lose weight in the long run but unlike other diets this diet is FOREVER...It saves you on grocery bills but i worry about too much meat consumption everyday...Buy wheat bread a whole months worth, buy TURKEY SASSAUGES a whole months worth, mustards and if you like lettuce and tomatoes...You fix yourself a Turkey Saussauge Sandwich with wheat bread and you eat it everyday 5 days a week...On weekends you eat regular food, healthy food though....You buy yourself Tea bags the box and you prepare yourself a semi-large tea pot, let it boil add the tea bag, then let it could down a bit and add a good size block of ice and make ice tea out of it....And you eat it everyday as much as you need 5 days a week FOREVER for as long as you live and on weekends [saturdays & Sundays] you eat regular food...But try making half of 2 weekends the regular food have no meat on it to help your kidneys...

To people who love to eat salads all the time why not add another option...Salad with chicken/turkey saussage is cheaper than chicken...Tell me do you preffer to eat a: $8 chicken salad or a $3 chicken/turkey saussage salad...You could get almost 3 of those salads for $8 is $9 but still...Or Fish salads if fish is cheaper than chicken...

I realized something why people who work out dont lose weight or dont lose weight as fast as they will like...Is been said that lifting weights/working out speeds up your metabolism and i guess it does, but what happens the person metabolism is speed up/sped up quickly that the person gets hungrier quicker than normal, quicker than not lifting weights, but what happens the person IMMEDIATELY EATS SOMETHING WITH HIGHER CALORIES OR heavy food or sometimes junk food, nobody in THE WORLD knows anything about calories...You know what that is...That´s like sweeping a house every hour and 20 minutes later going back and littering it again and repeating the same process over and over so you dont advanced or it takes you longer to lose weight....

There needs to be a bussiness that will go and wash and dry the clothes of people, wash their dishes and sweep the house for a small fee...They dont do it all the time just once or twice every 2 weeks or once or twice a week, why because it gives parents time off to take out the kids to the movies, or social events or make the family spend time together...Like the mother going and see her daughters/sons play volleyball, visit family members, ect, ect....It makes the family spend more social time together....

Lots of people say tha cameras are becoming absolete, there is 1 use for them to me...Is called a: RIDDLE GAME you can even create an INFINATE STRINGS OF RIDDLES GAMES...How, you take a picture of objects/something and you put them in 1 picture in a list or randomnly and in that picture is a riddle or code you might want to convey like a RIDDLE GAME Pick2 game similar to the wheel of fortune...You can even take picture of microscopic things....And you can offer a reward for it...It will be like detective work...This could be a new game and cousin of scratchoffs lotto game...It will be fun...to give it a twist you can add the dictionary words in different languages...If you did only that assuming there is AT LEAST 3 Million things on the planet then such a game will have 36 Trillion combinations...

Not just that, lifting heavier weights TEARS MUSCLE which is what MAKES YOU SORE THE NEXT DAAAAYYYY AND IS WHAT MAKES YOU DREAD GOING TO THE GYM THE NEXT DAY, IS WHAT MAKES YOU HATE LIFTING WEIGHTS....So if you are lifting smaller weights YOUR MUSCLES WILL NOT TEAR...

In fact with smaller weights you could lift weights EVERY 12 HOURS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AND ENNNNJJJOOYY IT...

which one you rather, lift heavier weights and only last 2 years or lift small weights and last 20 years...

i never did lift lots of weights for a long time but when i will go to the gym i will do the same mistake i will grab the 45 and 55 pounds dumbells...[age 19-23] didnt go every week either...used to lift heavier weights when i was younger cant do it now...

I love medicine but this is wrong, plain wrong...there is a hospital/clinic IN EVERY COUNTY IN THE WORLD...How many counties in THE WORLD ARE THERE...10 Million maybe???? do animals get cancer???? I think is because animals bloods has been on this planet longer than ours...Also animals eat to feed themselves, humans make an art out of food...plus animals most got 4 legs which makes them exercise/burn more calories more....

also i dont know if i wrote this before i think i did but who knows..Animals dont get alzheimers or parkinsons, what if is because animals got at least 4 legs [plus the tail/wings], MORE CORDINATION TO THE BRAIN AND MORE EXERCISE TO THE BRAIN...And they have been doing it for like hundreds of millions of years before we were here so that strong blood has been passed down from parent/ancestors to childrens/generations...

so this means i think i think i said that playing soccer, rugby and American football or Basketball all your life can prevent you from getting: alzheimers or parkinsons....Something else that could prevent you from getting: alzheimers or parkinsons is SUDOKU, CHESS AND CHECKERS....

ALSO remember Darwin survival of the fittest well that law is ENFORCED VERY STRONG/STRICK in animals is enforced very weakly in humans...plus animals live shorter lives than us so it gets passed down in the blood quicker...

also this is a hunch, why animals cant speak??? maybe is because they got at least 4 to 5 limbs at least [humans hands are more of a voluntary reaction when they walk] and animals brains are smaller plus you got the sense of smell so if you had 12 things to do at the same time per second there will be no room for speech of speech will be very primitive...noticed also that animals if they have fingers most of them cant move them....

plus our teeth make a wide arc more air/oxygen enters the pharynx when we speak,  animals teeth arrangements make a long elongated lump, closed ark or inverted V...imagine if you had that in your mouth, you couldnt speak...

do an experiment try running with both your arms and your legs as if though you was an animal for a very long time...You will noticed you will get dissy....

Something else, in the cold ANIMALS HAVE FUR having fur is like living in the hotter hemisphere when you are in the colder hemisphere...Do an experiment, take 2 families 1 in the cold hemisphere the other in the hotter hemisphere and you will see generations after generations who gets fatter...The cold makes you not want to exercise...also animals have like a cushion in their feet we dont have that, so if you walk with springs on your feet God knows how long you will walk/run...

will like to know though why animals got better memory than humans though also this is a hunch if you have better memory some animals should developed the ability of psychics for some humans have throughout history developed that ability....

you know whats odd about animals, they dont eat NUTS or Fish...You know Brain Food...

Did you know there is a hand cream lotion that makes you want to do it...It makes you want to have sex...lol....Is the smell of it...Is up to you to find out which lotion it is...

I was thinking, what if you could trick the body into lifting weights every hour forever...I was thinking in: 0 gravity...If a dumbell weighs 30 pounds is because of the level of gravity but if you was to lower the gravity then 30 pounds will be 25 or 20 pounds...If you could only trick the body or do something with gravity to make it think is lifting 20 pounds when is lifting: 30 pounds it will be magnificent....
You know what someone or an institute should do??? About grammar…There are kids who already know how to write, perfectly maybe not but they will be going to fields where they will not need to write…To those teens…Also grammar is taught from: 7^th -12th grade…My gosh you don’t need to repeat it that many times…So I was thinking, instead of those extra years of grammar why not replace it with: a Foreign language or Foreign language vocabulary or Other disciplines general jargon vocabulary…You could teach someone First Aid class or Hygiene Class or How to Drive class or How to type class, or More Computer classes, many other classes…6 years of grammar should only be reserved for someone who is going to be an English teacher/professors…Plus you get 4 more years of grammar in college making it 10 years of grammar…

You know i was looking in the dictionary the definition of the word: sputter/splutter and I opened it in 1 page that had the word: Fountain Pen…I read it and I thought of something…Some pens in the USA cost: 50 cents or $1 dollar…Why not sell the 50 cents pen for $2 dollars and let it come with 3 ink tubes besides it as reserve….That way when the pen finishes it the person can replace the ink tube canister sort of speak and not have to buy a new CASE…Why I say this?? Because I will think that 50% of the price of a pen is the plastic case, the other 50% is the tube with the ink…This will make pens cost less, 50% less and save more plastic and cost the manufacturer less in manufacturing cost…

Why not have a phone/gadget dictionary where you can speak to the words you are looking for and it automatically looks the words up for you and repeats/says the defition loud to you..Is better than looking for words in the dictionary...Is better and faster...

Why not have a gadget that reads to you whatever article you want to read online in the computer, you just hit the link and it reads it out loud to you and you listen to it in ear plugs...Is better and faster...
