Sum Frequency Chart Complete

All possible games from 2/2 through 7/100 posted along with Pick 2 through Pick 7.

http://www.johnph77.com/math/ls.html

Page is over 4MB in size, may be slow to load.

Non-commercial, no ads. I'm not trying to sell anything.

Next on the agenda is retrofitting most of the Numeric Positional Frequency chart with computer-generated data - part of it has already been filled this way. Nothing entered by hand, everything calculated and transferred from spreadsheet to page by computer. Unless sharp-eyed about any discovered errors this process will go unnoticed.

2/2 Through 7/90 Sum Frequency Data

Automated final code normatting underway. Data should be posted and page complete NLT Sun evening.

QA update for numeric positional frequency page to follow.

Entry #37

x91 Through x/100 Sum Frequency Data

Data posted to site en bloc. Seamless, quick. Previously posted data in this block replaced, Quality Assurance program fully in place. Looking at new methods for faster progress. Things really looking up for swift completion of this page.

x/61 Through x/70 Numeric Positional Frequency Data

x/71 numeric positional frequency data posted. Newest data transfer process working about as well as it possibly can, making life a lot easier.

I don't know when the next update will occur, but I'm looking toward a target date of the end of this week for completion of the numeric positional frequency page.

Sometime in the future I may do a retro upload of this data in the rest of the sections to eliminate any possible errors, since everything outside x/61 through x/76 will have involved hand entry of the numbers from the spreadsheet in one norm or another.

x/71 Through x/76 Numeric Positional Frequency Data

Made some minor tweaks in the appearance of the Numeric Position and Sums Frequency pages, particularly in the areas of the newly-added smaller games.

Still looking for ways to expedite transfer of innormation from spreadsheet to website. Direct transfer via the spreadsheet application adds far too much unneeded HTML code, making an already large page larger. Data from x/75 and x/76 tables will be hand-entered, but x/73 and x/74 tables will be transferred without my intervention, assuring total acccuracy. It takes time, but I feel it's worth it. To be uploaded later today.

Next off-time project will be to find ways to reduce the file size of the Sums Frequency page without significantly changing structure and appearance.

Repercussions and Future Plans.....

Out the door and into the trash went two reams of hard copy proof for the numeric positional frequency charts - no longer needed. Through the Recycle Bin went 500 VBA programs - superseded. The only remaining thing to do is to take both spreadsheets, convert all the normulas to values and compare for accuracy. And with the checks and balances in place in both spreadsheets, there shouldn't be any problems.

Most of the work on this page has stopped when I go out on the road, and I do so frequently. It's not due to the software - I've got both the spreadsheet and the HTML editor on the laptop - but with the difficulty and inherent slowness of using a non-numeric-keypad computer. I always could carry and plug in a full-size keyboard but that's somewhat impractical. Through the dim past I remembered that there might be available a separate numeric keypad for laptops, and, lo and behold, there is. I ordered one Saturday night, should be here late next week. Got a USB connection and 19 keys.....

I hadn't planned on setting up a spreadsheet for the sums frequency charts/page but was fooling around with them last night and there may be a way to use overlays to compute the values I need for the charts..... More on this when I'm ready to start.

Numeric Positional Frequency Data Breakthrough

After completing about 85% of this project I've found a way to compute all data in a spreadsheet - no more program execution or verification necessary. Page(s) will be complete as soon as I can print and post.

4/77 Through 6/88 Positional Frequency Data

7/78 posted. All data processed while on Harrisburg PA trip is up. Getting an anticipatory feeling that not only is this page possible (I've had doubts at times), successful completion is within sight. Some innormation for the games included within the title have already been posted.

Individual Game Numeric Positional and Sum Frequency Charts

The file size of the numeric positional and sum frequency charts (almost 3MB and over 4MB, respectively) makes them extremely slow to load, but the coding within makes them difficult to copy and therefore plagiarize. On occasion I'll post copied text in a Lottery Post thread out of another page I have available but not advertised for either type and for individual games. These are far from complete, though. Once the charts under construction were completed I had intended to complete these pages as well. But they would have at least the the same, if not more, difficulty with loading time. I'm now leaning toward constructing numeric positional and sum frequency chart files for all individual games, each on their own individual page, along with an index page with links to each file. The index pages would be password-protected to prevent unauthorized access, viewing and/or copying. Conversion from the existing normat would be relatively easy, but time-consuming. I haven't been satisfied with the downloadable software for copy protection, hence the restricted access with password protection. To this end, the new index pages have now been constructed, but no work has been pernormed on the individual files. The requirement is somewhere on the order of 1,270 files and pages when complete, but far less to get the most popular game normats up and working. I'll have to think about this - nothing concrete will be done until the main charts are complete.

7/78 Through 7/88 Positional Frequency Data

x/89 position frequency data verified and posted. As mentioned previously, 7/78 through 7/88 position frequency programs executed, data awaiting verification and posting. Progressing well.

Home

Consecutive game processing worked like a dream - no power outages, no interruptions of any kind - 7/78 through 7/88 processed, awaiting verification and posting. 4/89 through 7/89 comes first, though. Good trip, too, although I was only a contributor to the prize pools.....
