Trust me we have said a lot worst (we as in some other members) and I had a posting remove but not the closing of the account when your new and not a advance member you privilege can be limited.

"Trust me we have said a lot worst..."

I know, Louise, and sometimes the things you say make me blush.

I've never heard language like that before!   Shocked

I'm glad you apologized.

Definitely! Take care of yourself and your family first and try not to take this game too seriously even with an unprecedented record jackpot. You do have to participate in order to have ANY chance and the odds are indeed overwhelming.

With the jackpot this high, I wouldn't surprise to see some spend the bulk of their paycheck ($1,000 or more) this Friday. Sad part is waking up saturday morning realizing you didn't win and you don't have enough money left for gas or food. Unhappy

yea, i spend the same $s every week regardless of the JP

i did buy 2 xrta for this last draw w/ tip $ (not part of my budget)

i call em lucky bux, nothing so far...

Your in the game and that's all that matters. Hopefully you'll get a few extra "lucky"bucks in tips this week that you can allocate toward this Friday's drawing. Good luck to you! Smiley

Thanks... The veyron is my dream car. If I win, I'll probly buy tht followed with a farrari ff. I'm young so I dnt knw anything of bonds and trust funds. I'd jus take the lump sum, drop 20 mill in my dads lap for always being a supportive father. Place 50 million ta go towards charities jus so I can always reply "already donated" to any chars ties askin for a hand out. And the rest, I would ball out with....yeaaaaa...oh, koolaid water fountains in my mansion.

All this talk about anonymity makes me upset that more states don't offer the option to remain anonymous; especially with a jackpot of this magnitude. If one person were to win this, their life would be turned upside down because their name and face will be plastered everywhere for the whole world to see. BUT after some critical thinking here's what I'd do to protect my identity and make life a little easier:

                          1. Delete/deactivate social networking accounts if you have any.

                          2. Change phone number initially and again every 2-3 months.

                          3. Change name to something really common like Mary Thompson, Patricia Jones,  or Barbara Johnson. [John Smith, Chris Jones, or Charles Williams for males]

                          4. Hire a movie makeup artist for the day that you claim. After ticket validation and identity verification, get all made up to look like someone else. Even go as far as putting on one of those fat suits. LOL I'm sure there aren't any rules against that.

                          5. Only agree to the interview on the day of the claim, if any at all. All the media outlets will want the "exclusive interview" but don't get caught up in feeling like a celebrity.

                          6. Hire private security detail to detain any possible psychos.

                          7. Move every 3-6 months until the hype dies down.

                          8. Buy a "Return to Sender" stamp for all the unwanted mail. Don't even open them because the sob stories may tug at your heart strings. No Pity!

                          9. Buy lots of hats and wigs.

That is all. Smile Good luck to all and may the person who matches all 6 numbers win!

Hmmm, thts not bad advice, not at all, but this jackpot is more than just a financial windfall, whoever wins could really embrace it and become famous, mega famous....if I win, there will b no anonimatty (spell check) I'm embracing my new found fortunate and fame, not go worried about stammers and what not, I'll ignore them. Travel for the rest of my life....become an actor, tha world is open to a new 500millionaire
