Everyone here works for the lottery!

with every ticket I purchase I work for the lottery.  -

So maybe California lottery is just wanting to to keep more money for the state and their decision to not publish the film is one of greed...

or... better yet... the ca lottery saw the film, and it was one of the execs ex's and so they are hushing up to not assist her/him in getting money (rat bastiges!)

They should air the video footage of the ticket purchase.  The fact that the Lottery wont and that they have a vested interest in the ticket not being claimed reeks of corruption.

Let me take a wild guess. The money if unclaimed will go to education. Yeah right. What a racket.

No, not really Doug. There are options. The California Lottery says something to the effect of in the winner's handbook " forming a Trust" prior to picking up the cheque. Even though Freedom of information applies,  you as a winner could pace yourself as to when you claim the money. If you wait a few months while the current jackpot grows to a decent size- that's the perfect time to claim yours" while all eyes are distracted" and focusing in on the present jp..It's like going after a woman or in a female's case after a man.. knowing when to play your hand.To quick,  you may lose, to slow & you dead in the water. It's all about Knowing- or as Jeb bush likes to say " you have to be serious. ".

In Illinois, noise-gate, one certainly wouldn't wait a few months to CLAIM their lottery ticket's jackpot win!  The reason is because if winner files their claim form within 2 months of drawing date they may receive the LUMP SUM amount ... yet sadly, if winner files their claim form after 2 months time, only option is to be paid via annual annuity deposit into their checking account, etc. [You'll notice that most financial advisers recommend not having your full contact and annual updates to your bank account/investment account information inside the state lottery headquarter's database; which often gets hacked, information stolen, and certainly never gets reported to the media.]

Having several millions of dollars in my financial accounts means receiving several valuable services each day!

Remember not too long ago the California Lottery outed a winning ticket purchaser?  I thought it was awful having the woman's picture plastered all over the news.
