I've used the Illinois website sometimes. They're pretty strict about checking that the player is located in Illinois (not sure how, but checking the ISP somehow). Several times I had trouble playing because they couldn't figure out that I was in Illinois. When that happened, I was able to use my phone instead of PC to buy tickets. It was always nice to get the "you've won" email and they'd add the $2 or $5 right to my account. For some reason, I decided I'd rather buy tickets at the gas station and haven't used the web lately. I won't miss the the website if it goes offline, but our lawmakers are idiots, leaving this issue open until the last minute. Most people will just go to the store, but I bet they do loose some sales over this, just what we need after the payout debacle last year.
