Do some people feel envy/jealousy when someone else wins a jackpot or just a big win?
Hi, I'm just curious what people feel when they read stories of jackpot winners or people who have good wins on MM, PB or a scratch ticket. In my state there was a guy who just split the MM jackpot with someone from California a week or two ago. I think it's fantastic this guy won it but on the other hand I have some envy issues because this kid is only 22 years old and probably hasn't been playing the lottery for very long and I've been playing off and on for years. This was a hard working k

Will your Big win boost your self esteem!!
I was reading a post and the person was saying all the things they plan to do when they win the MM, PB or any of the Big ones! In it they also say they wanted to win because it would heal their self-esteem! Do you believe that Winning Millions, will change the way you feel about yourself?

HIT Big
I would not quit gambling because of a big win. There will always be jackpots out their to win as long as you are living so why not try to go after them if you have the expendable income to do so. Come you are going to tell me that after you win a jackpot that you are going to sit there and say, Hey I am so rich I do not need to play for the next big jackpot . As long as I have air to breath I will be chasing the jackpots down and I hopefully will get one or two before the big dirt nap.-wesha

A New Approach for a BIG Win
Here is my "System": Ok, enough with the attitude of hoping to win :) Let's take ACTION and declare that one forum member (any forum member - no one specific) will win BIG in the next 30 days (June 14th - July 14th). I declare one forum member will win big (big is defined as a 5-out-of-5, 6-out-of-6, or $250,000+ scratch ticket) in this time period. It is time for a big winner here! :)

Where do you put your money after a big win?
This might be a dumb question but with the FDIC being $250,000; if you win $100,000,000 are you supposed to open 400 bank accounts to keep your money safe? lol

Would you quit playing altogether should you win a major jackpot...
Already I'm playing so much less than I use to, so probably I will keep going with the 1draw pb/mm each game draw after my big win (lump sum) --- and I will start doing scratchers - trying to catch a 1M$ or 10M$ ticket (annuity) - just for vacation money. Then after I have my big jackpot win and a medium scratcher win - then I will stop - and only buy tix as gifts. Cuz at that point my focus will change. whoot!

After your big win, would you...??
I was thinking about this while I was driving over night. Also, what do you think of the winners that go on that show? A lot of them I've never heard of. It seems to me that they are asking for people to come after their windfall.

FL Mega Money rigged?
I've heard that if you click your heels three times and chant I wanna big win, I wanna big win while doing so, you'll be a guaranteed winner. Or land in Kansas. One or the other.

Do you ever get "winners curse" or remorse after a big win?
After a big win, you usually celebrate, right? But after a while, I've noticed that following a big win or wins, you usually encounter a long period of losing streak for a while after that. Any others see that? I know about the gambler's fallacy and statistical probabilities of different games and all that, but sometimes I swear there is something else going on. Call it lady luck, call it the lottery gods, etc. SOMEBODY knows when you've won, and is keeping track, and will put you back in you
