If you play $5 exact order and it wins, yes, you win $500 x 5= $2500. You can only cash that ticket in at a Texas Lottery Headquarters and yes you have to fill out the IRS form. The IRS will send you a bill for about $700+ if you do not voluntarily calculate and pay them their tax.It may take a year or two for them to catch up with you but, trust me they will and it will be at the worst possible time. I was told it was GA. It happened for a while but then it stopped I just recently starting playing PICk 3 in March and there hasn't been much a GA/VA connection. Recently there have been numbers occurring in both. Maybe it is starting up again. My mother who never plays the lottery calls me Friday and tells me she had a dream about her grandmother who died when she was 72. They CERTAINLY are and you at least have a chance to win down there. NC is in their 2nd week of the month and everything changed again with 1-off's every draw. Having a WO that works for 6 of 8 draws and then just stops working when Sunday (Their new week start) comes around tells you they are crooked Ba$tards and that is putting it mildly. If I had more time to play in SC, I would have written of the NC Extortion Lottery long ago. Just sad that they do this and have not been busted.....YE

That reminds me. I'm experimenting with a watch list feature in my reports software. The idea is to have a file where I cache numbers that we are looking for, like bedelta's 599. Partly, the idea is to flag any combo of the watch-listed numbers so that I don't have to manually search for them every time, but practically, what I see happening is that I tend to forget and this software feature is ever-vigilant as long as the number is in the watch list file. Hi Firstson74! Welcome to Lottery Post. The answer to your question about hitting two is a row is that hits in pick3 games seem to fall in groups of two or three. You just happened to show up when I was in a small run of luck. My method for playing streaks like this is to Note One, Count Two, Hit Three, and Quit. That's why I'm playing tonight. Then, win or lose, I'll stop and regroup starting tomorrow. That's sort of my method. I don't win as much as some but I don't lose as much as others, eit

(Continued) So I'm going to try to make a parlay play starting with two of Nodda's number 006 and 248 fifty cents straight on each. If they hit, then parlay the winnings into 000 in the night draw. Q.E.D P.S. The overall odds of winning a double-straight parlay play like this one are one in one million, so very steep odds, similar to the original million dollar lottery that Virginia had way back in the day. I think the odds in that game were one in four million something.
