Michigan ticket printing error!!
I have not bought a scratcher in a while but today I got a $5 Mega Black ticket. I Scratched the winning numbers off and matched one of them in the prize area and got my $5 back. After I found out I won I scratched the whole ticket off and found two spots where $30 prizes were listed and one spot where a $20 prize was listed. I flipped the ticket over and there were no $20 or $30 prizes listed on the back. I went to the official MSL website and there are no $20 or $30 pri

Michigan has weird book numbers also. Either the overall odds are higher than what is printed on the tickets or Michigan skips book numbers. Example... over all odds 1 in 4 with total number of winners at 2,000,000 then you would assume 8,000,000 tickets are printed. If there are 100 tix per pack(book) that would be 8,000,000 tix divided by 100 tix/pack(book) or 80,000 packs(books). Why then are there pack numbers higher than what the overall odds would indicate for

I've got 2 in a row many moons ago. I bought ten tickets in a row for a cost of $20.00, i had two, two dollar winners in a row. Lost $16.00, i'm with Sully, this is one reason i quit playing the rip/scratch-off's in Michigan. Prior to April of 2009 the scratch-off tickets used to be pretty good in Michigan, not anymore!

In Michigan, there's a relatively new $1 scratcher called quick 50s. It's a typical get 3 out of 6 matching cash amounts and win the prize for it. The grand prize is only 500 dollars, but if you get even one 50, you get 50 dollars. The kicker is that there are over 18000 50 dollar prizes and there are over 11000 michigan lottery retailers. There's also a similar amount of 20s. This means there is on average, 1-2 50s per store. I haven't had much luck with it (aside from a few 1 or 2 dollar prize
