Just saw this thing called Instant Replay announced on the Michigan Lottery homepage. Looks like players can enter $10 bucks of losing tickets into a $1,000,000 drawing. Sounds pretty darn cool to me. Got to be a member of their VIP club to enter your tickets.

I really don't play scratchers much anymore. However, even though I know the math behind them is all the same some of them do catch my eye. There were some $5 ones in Michigan...I believe they were called something along the lines of Twice Lucky double play and Break The Bank double play and they had scratch tickets on the front and rip tickets on the back. Otherwise there was a $3 ticket that had circles on the front that I played even though I don't like the $3 prize structure that much.

There was no other $20 on the front of the ticket. The tickets printed in Michigan don't do prizes that way. I always scratch the tickets off and match the prize amounts on the front with the prize amounts on the back and this is the first time since the scratchers started in 1975 in Michigan that I have seen fake prize amounts on the tickets. Michigan has pull-tabs in Bars/Restraunts, I played only 1 time didn't win, Michigan also has Club Keno, where the state draws 20 numbers out of 80 every 4 minutes from 6:05 am to 1:45pm every day I play it a lot and win sometimes

I have NEVER ever encountered any scratch tickets in Michigan that have prize amounts printed on the front that are NOT also printed in the list of prizes you can win on the back. Either they are error tickets or Michigan recently changed the way they do instants.
