Are we at the mercy of the store owners and cheating clerks when it comes to scratch of tickets ?
So this former employee was talking about this neighborhood liquor store who scan the all the the scratch off tickets for winning tickets and keep them and leave the loosing tickets for lottrey players to buy.. i dont buy scratch offs do you ? May be i ineed to buy my scratch of from meijers or 7 eleven ??

Oh man, my hands are still shaking with anger, I am sooo livid. I had to leave abruptly in case both times. He is completely cheating and lying to me, and well just plain cheating. There is a reason why not too long ago a dumpster diver won $500 from there. I will not let it die though.

South Carolina Scratchers!! What is going on?
Just wondering if anybody else in SC has noticed that apparently SC has a new company printing their tickets and the odds are getting worse for the players! As a $10 ticket player, I liked the fact that our state's lottery had better odds than NC and GA. Well I guess they figured they could make more $$$ by printing more tickets in a series without increasing the number of winning tickets. Cheating FL Lottery Store Retailer
Stopped by a kinda new gas station Called West Star and started playing $10 Lucky 100,000 a year for life. Got ticket #3 loser 4 loser 5 loser 6 loser go back in the clerk hands me #8. I was like hmmm where did #7 go his explanation i must of sold it. Well im the only person at the gas station i continue to chew his head off and use a sluray of harsh words lol and after about 10 mins of me hounding and telling him what i think of him he grabs #7 out from under the counter and said here take it.

and furthermore some of them ppl be cheating anyway because they darn know that if they end of claiming the prize then their childsupport or money they owe gonna be deducted from the prize that they bout to win so they let people claim it for them so they dont have to go through all that lose out. some them people be selling tickets. im sorry but i refuse to believe he just magically decided to buy a scratch card at the dollar store n say oh hey i think the 10mil ticket is in this store yeah rig
