I think he rigged it. Just my opinion though. I just find it odd a guy that infiltrated the government. Won a jackpot. Well technically he did not win. But his trust did. Good point though. I trust those machines only so far. I had a kiosk at a walmart eat a twenty on me a couple of years ago but the floor manager (or whatever their title is) reimbursed me. I've put money in that machine since then and had no problems. I take winning tickets to a liquor store nearby and cash them with an employee.
