Time is running out for the New Mexico Lottery player who may hold a Powerball second prize ticket worth $200,000. The deadline for presenting the winning ticket is tomorrow (Friday), 90 days after the drawing. The Lottery's claim center closes at 4:30 pm. An Albuquerque-area lottery retailer sold the ticket for the December 10, 2005, drawing. It is not known if the ticket purchaser lives in Albuquerque, elsewhere in New Mexico or another state. Evidently it must have been against company policy for employees to purchase rejected tickets The stories I've seen have said the policy is that employees can't buy (any) lottery tickets at the store they work at , not just while they're working.
