Who has pick3 filter software and use it?
The software vendors give you some tools to use, but if they have any winning strategies at all to use with their software they keep them to themselves, at least their best strategies anyway.

Idaho Lottery insists that Powerball winner reveal identity
Idaho Lottery Commission officials had denied his request to remain anonymous, arguing that state law and the integrity of the lottery required that his name be made public to show he had no ties to lottery employees or vendors. It appears they have reasons they believe are valid for demanding an identity of the winner, but that still doesn't explain why they'd use that, once it's confirmed, by splashing it across the media. It strikes me a person needs a good friend who's also a lawyer, willing

Maryland Lottery a case study in the science of random numbers
Or suddenly decide to off himself in a park in DC.Might be interesting to know just how many of the algorithm creaters have offed themselves, one way or another, or died in plane crashes, car wrecks, etc, before the lotteries felt comfy using their creations. To the exact algorithm thing, usually they handle it like other contests where vendors, their relatives, advertisers, their relatives, etc. are not allowed to participate, lest someone get what our Canadian friend got - minus the payout.Thos

Online Lottery Ticket Sales
I know this has been discussed ad nauseum, but has anyone found a reputable online lottery ticket source for MegaMillions? I would like to play but do not live in a MegaMillions state nor do I live close to one that I could drive. I do not know anyone whom I can trust to buy tickets for me in the MegaMillion states. I have read Todd's thoughts on , and have done some research into other online vendors.Any suggestions?

Georgia Lottery Scratch Games' Empty Promises
The info on Arizona's policy isn't quite accurate. I've asked them about it and they said they don't end the game immediately when the top prizes are gone but rather they have their people pick up the remaining tickets on their next visit to the vendors, which in their words can take some time.

Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch Games Investigated
Quote: Originally posted by lazyjim on February 15, 2005I guess it's impossible to notify the vendors to stop selling them by any way but car. Very high-tech operation.Couldn't a message be sent out via the Online game machines? I'm pretty sure most retailers have to print the previous days results. I would think they could put a big bold message on that that says Please remove scratch off game X, all the top prizes have been won .

what is a good lottery system?
A good lottery system is one that can increase the bottom line - the payout percentage of the game. Period. And no system ever concocted has yet has been capable of doing this, guarantees notwithstanding. I'd be willing to bet that no one has ever received compensation or a refund from any of these vendors as a result of their system not working - and that's the only guarantee you'll get.
