I would not collect it in my name definitely would set up a trust then if anyone looks it up they'll say it's the name of the trust but they cannot give the details on the owners of the trust. And also should get a financial planner or CPA to make sure the taxes are all done so IRS doesn't come after you later

PA has a single tax bracket of just over 3%, which is the lowest of any state that taxes lottery winnings. If you're going to be in PA anyway buy all of your tickets there, and on the off chance you win you can become a PA resident before claiming the prize.

Yeah, except even if one of those tickets hits, your personal take-home after taxes will be somewhere around $7,800. Not exactly worth jumping ship from your current job for a minuscule chance at winning $7,800.
