By the way, I do want to mention that creating an off-topic (or any topic) forum is not out of the question. It has just not been the highest priority for me, and I am nervous about opening a can of worms. As much as I'd like to participate in such a forum myself, I don't want the site to become the democratunderground or dailykos. (i.e., ruined by politics.)

I play the Texas Lottery every Wed and Sat., its a system with flaws. The TLC payouts are gerrymandered, you may get the advertised jackpot or some other amount based on TLC calculations. The formula can be downloaded from their website for each jackpot, if you trust the numbers. Rick Perry is trying to do anything to make his name a candidate for the GOP Veep nom, so I would not count on the privatization really happening, its just Texas Politics at it's best.

Thanks WIN D but to be quite frank I think our government (USA) has a lot of issues too. I'm not into politics (you will always wind up arguing). Just want to play numbers :-). I do hate the fact that when you finally win a jackpot, our F****king government takes almost half without even having to pick the numbers. That's real injustice!!!!!

More thoughts to this subject : take a even bigger and classier act --- invite all your coworkers regardles of pass work relations ( people are or seems differnt out of the work place -- office politics BS ) out for supper and leave a very good and lasting empression on them about you ! Those who don't show , that tells it there ; and you don't need to feel for them ...leave on a good note ...enough is said with out having to be said...
