Today,i come up with idea and i need your advice.My idea is to create a website,so lottery players In Chicago and suburbs (including me :) ) could pay 5$ each via paypal,to join lottery pool.Their proof would be at their paypal account,that they payed me and they can even print it for their records,plus each of the players names would be listed on my website,for each specific day,they would play.When we get 50 or 100 people,i would go and get 250$ or 500$ in quick picks for lot
