Oh and I just notice it's odds per $5 play (3 selections) I thought it was odds per selection. So a $20 win and free ticket on the same 5 dollar play is really good since that's odd of 1 out of N instead of 3 (selections) out of N. means it's more rare.

The TN issue was from bad programming, not intentional scamming. I considered the last option, lotteries being scams, in my former response. I wont say its impossible, but lotteries make a great deal of money so there isnt a logical reason to endanger the gold egg laying goose by scamming.
