Could you explain a double blind trust to me? No such thing and especially in terms of anonymity. The states that allow anonymity or other options for claiming are listed in a topic pinned in the Jackpot forum. A blind trust is a different entity. Jason did have a red flag right off the bat. He looked sketchy. On YouTube there is an interview with him about three years before his arrest and a Poster commented, Jason looks like a snake. I wouldn't trust him with my lottery winnings. The Poster came back tthree years later and said Jason's just been arrested for embezzling over 107 millions. It might be worth it if I found someone who could figure out a way to claim it anonymously. There will always be some minimum fee, but regardless of what type of advice you get or how good is it what justifies a fee that's 10 times the minimum if you were to win ten times as much? As far as I know, you'd have to set up a double blind trust fund through a lawyer in order to stay anonymous. When you look through lists of winners, you see that some are claimed to an LLC. These are the people that had a double blind trust claim the winnings on their behalf in order to stay anonymous.
