CAPE - I remember you picked up one $5K from PINK - was that the only 5 you got OR was there a higher one ? With all the $5K's on GREEN, you should be easily be able to snap up a few - at least ! I can't find a chart for PINK showing how many of each and odds .... got one in your antique roll top desk lol

If you can prove me wrong, go right ahead and do so. This is basic probability theory. The drawings are independent, and the numbers drawn are uniformly distributed, which makes the odds calculation trivially easy.

Good observations, Skeptic, I'll probably end up playing a few just for the novelty of the prize structure, since my odds for a top prize on any game are about the same as getting hit by lightning. As for the winner scenarios, don't forget about the foreign person who flew into FL for their 1st time ever earlier in the day a bought a single ticket to celebrate their 18th b-day...

Arizona Lottery bans Fast Play bulk ticket purchasesReply
Personally, I don't think anyone even buys bulk Fast Plays as it doesn't make sense mathematically. Fast Plays are like slot machines which are intended to give the house an 80%+ advantage. Jackpots on the other hand have fixed odds -- the more combinations you play the more you're likely to win. So gonna wait and see if the AZ Lottery gives any explanation for the reasoning behind the decision.
