Britain's record lottery winners go public
Canaduh almost became our fourteenth colony. Thirteen is not a bad number after all, is it?
What kind of history does the crown teach you?
The old Roman empire went to Britton and from there Great Britton ruled
the world with slavery, war, impoverishment, famine, drugs, etc.
We were merely victims of the crown and told
them where to shove it when they made us a debtor society under their coin. You
are calling the kettle black son because Great Britton s economics never

W. Va. official wins $79M Powerball lottery jackpot
For about two hours, Berkeley County Magistrate W. Randy Smith believed he had come close, but that he didn't win Saturday's $79 million Powerball jackpot.
On call Sunday morning at the Berkeley County Judicial Center to hold arraignment hearings, Smith asked his assistant, Mary D. Angelo, to look at the ticket that he bought from the ROCS store at 39 Kelly Island Road near Martinsburg.
The ticket matched the winning numbers of 7, 10, 12, 22, 27 and the Powerball 26. Smith said the compute

Praying?
if i am going to put out a label that gives you a better barometer of what my beliefs align with, it would be non denominational , because i don't align myself with any church / denomination, because no organization will be standing behind me for support on the day i stand before God. i work hard at differentiating myself from that mindset.
but no, not pentecostal . too emotionally based and driven for me in particular. i love emotion , but not the kind where you place emotions above facts.

Not enough thoroughbred players around here...
We're waiting with incense and peppermints.
Good sense, innocence, cripplin' mankind
Dead kings, many things I can't define
Occasions, persuasions clutter your mind
Incense and peppermints, the color of time.
Who cares what games we choose?
Little to win, but nothing to lose.
Incense and peppermints, meaningless nouns
Turn on, tune in, turn your eyes around.
Look at yourself, look at yourself, yeah, yeah
Look at yourself, look at yourself, yeah, yeah, yeah!

Arkansas voters get first lottery-only proposal
Arkansas banned lotteries even before state lawmakers determined how to properly pronounce the state's name.
The 1874 ban held through the era of Hot Springs' illegal casinos and their destruction at the hands of sledgehammer-wielding state troopers nearly a century later. In the time since, attempts to legalize a government-run lottery always included bringing back casino games or something else just as unpalatable for a state squarely in the nation's Bible Belt.
Now, though, a proposal b

Question for Todd
I wish!
No, I have never had a big lottery win at all, so it has been all my personal time and money that have gone into the creation, growth, and constant maintenance of this site. It is a labor of love. Nothing on this site has come easy or without a high personal price.
I started it because I have always enjoyed the lottery. One day in 1999 I was searching for information on the Web about a lottery game (The Big Game, if you are wondering), and found that there was an utter lack of us

Ontario Lottery may ban retailers from buying tickets from own stores
Ontario lottery retailers are railing against a proposal to ban them from buying and cashing in tickets in their own stores, saying it unfairly portrays them as the villains in the province's lottery scandal.
Retailers will be upset that we're the ones being painted as the bad guys in all this, says Chris Wilcox of the Ontario Convenience Stores Association.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. tried to impose the rule on retailers in August before backing off in the face of the associat

Lottery CEO fired one day after poll
fThe president of the B.C. Lottery Corporation was fired one day after an internal poll last May showed public trust in the corporation had plummeted in the wake of a warning by the province's Ombudsman of possible fraud by some retailers.
However, another poll taken a month later showed tfhe removal of BCLC president and CEO Vic Poleschuk had done little to restore public confidence, and public estimates of ongoing retailer theft had barely changed.
The first internal poll, dated May 31,
