Cash value is 50%. I remember the good ole days of 60-70% cash value. The cash value is always the amount of sales revenue that goes towards the jackpot. If interest rates were lower the cash would be exactly what it is now, but instead of an annuity worth 1.1 billion they'd be advertising an annuity of $785 to 916 million. I disagree. Many times people getting downvoted are spammers (they are selling something and using Lottery Post as free advertising).
