Education Lottery Oversight Committee , a panel made up of state legislators and members of the public. I wouldn't worry too much about it. They don't have enough space in the prisons now for the violent criminals. I have a lot of friends in law enforcement, and these are the kind of laws that they chuckle at... Besides, Littleoldlady, it's already against Federal law to use a telephone line to place a gambling bet. That law has been around for many years.
