Maybe law enforcement coudln't legally come get you, but some very nasty dudes from where ever you go might come after you. Especially once word got out, which it would, that you're a foreigner who hit the lottery back home and are there on the lam.

We live in a democracy, not a dictator society. People are humans, adults, and whether they are Donald Trump or Jack Whitaker they must give account for how they behave and that should not be legislated or dictated by law enforcement. N.C lottery retailers caught selling tickets to minors
I'd like to know how many teens under eighteen are actually buying/trying to buy Lottery Tickets in the absense of Government Entrapment Teens. Law Enforcement may have uncovered a Crime where their is No Crime! It's also alot Safer busting Lottery Agents than Drug Dealers and Gangs.

You got problems if you just wrecked your truck and you go to a bar for more alcohol. Man I would be upset that I wrecked my truck not thirsty for another round. I would hope that some help would cure there drinking problem. But if it does not I am sure this will be just the beginning of a beautiful relationship with his local law enforcement. A former procurement officer with the South Carolina Education Lottery has been released on bond after his arrest on charges that he converted $425 for his own use.Robert Lyon, 25, turned himself in Friday evening at the Richland County jail, a State Law Enforcement Division spokeswoman said.Lyon is charged with breach of trust, according to the warrant.
