Maybe law enforcement coudln't legally come get you, but some very nasty dudes from where ever you go might come after you. Especially once word got out, which it would, that you're a foreigner who hit the lottery back home and are there on the lam.

I'd like to know how many teens under eighteen are actually buying/trying to buy Lottery Tickets in the absense of Government Entrapment Teens. Law Enforcement may have uncovered a Crime where their is No Crime! It's also alot Safer busting Lottery Agents than Drug Dealers and Gangs.

You got problems if you just wrecked your truck and you go to a bar for more alcohol. Man I would be upset that I wrecked my truck not thirsty for another round. I would hope that some help would cure there drinking problem. But if it does not I am sure this will be just the beginning of a beautiful relationship with his local law enforcement.
