Instant Game tickets from Machines
Do you or have you purchased scratch tickets from the Lottery machines ? If so, do you like to or do you feel that they are not winners ?? There is an instant ticket machine at the local Kroger. I get tickets there sometimes. Bought 2 $5 hold em poker tickets there Friday and one hit for $50.

No and yes. Sort of. I specifically referred to PB's cap that was instituted about a year (?) ago. That cap is specifically imposed by the rules. When the annuity jackpot reaches the highest amount it has reached previously the rollovers are limited to an increase of 25 million. Thanks Suldor! I've been looking up all of the information on this website and I have learned a lot. Anyone have any advice for me? I like to spend about 20 bucks per visit to a store now and days. I tend to buy the $2, $3 and $5 scratchers most often. I almost never buy 1 or 10 dollar tickets. You got it right there! Why do they have to use these manipulative heavy handed sales tactics of forcing you to buy something and not giving change? It just pisses me off.
