Winning Is A Lifestyle
Coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous. Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God ; trust also in me. Our Lord has written the promise of resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in springtime. Our heavenly Father understands our disappointment, suffering, pain, fear, and doubt ~Respectfully ,A Very Brainy Dane :-)

Winner of $95 million Lotto Texas lottery jackpot gamed the odds to win
Yes, I think you can. I asked that question a while back and Todd answered I think you could purchase a ticket from an anonymous state if they allowed a lotto courier.

How do you deal with lottery losses?
Throw the tickets in the trash and move on. If you're spending so much on lottery you have deal with the loss, you have a gambling problem. Call gamblers anonymous. Buy a bottle of Tums too. You'll need them more than gamblers anonymous. And quit buying so many tickets. Leave some for the rest of us! Next go to your local library and check out, How to Win Any Lottery. New York man wins $10 million lottery prize for the second time in a year
Some of us just like to be discreet, he told The Post when asked about his feeling on winning the top prize twice. I just want to be discreet, that's all it is. It is disappointing that NYSL don't allow winners to remain anonymous.

Single mother who won $6 million in lottery opens up about the good and bad of winning millions
Nice to hear of a lottery winner who made all the right moves. Move out of state, remain anonymous, don't say yes to all family requests for money. No big spending and she has an great financial advisor. Great story and congrats to her.

Single mother who won $6 million in lottery opens up about the good and bad of winning millions
I wonder how many friends she lost and how many suddenly close cousins quit calling after she told them no money? I would stay anonymous if at all possible, but the above is one good reason to go public. You sure find out who your real friends are!

Lawyer Reccomends NOT To Sign Ticket??
There is no record other than the ticket itself of what numbers you've played. But if you want to try to keep your identity a secret, then you may be able to use a trust. Should you decide to claim the money that way, make sure you're signing the ticket correctly . https://www.forbes.com/sites/robertpagliarini/2016/01/12/how-to-remain-anonymous-if-you-win-the-lottery/?sh=13a814cc3064

A verbal Lottery joke agreement wouldn't hold up in Court, would it?
Worked with a guy that when the jackpot was high would tell anyone he thought played that if he won he would give them a cut if they would do the same. He never won a jackpot, but 20 years later is still complaining about the two guys that split a $20 million jackpot not giving him a cut. Not sure who said Never joke, about giving someone a cut of your winnings or why they though anyone would say it. Especially considering almost every jackpot winner wants to claim anonymous.
