DC man sues the lottery after incorrect numbers posted on website would have won him $340 million
I know @ casinos you can ban yourself from entering/playing @ a casino and can be subject to arrest if caught. Had seen a special on casinos banning certain customers, particularly Blackjack cheaters.
My question is: Can the DC lottery ban this fool from playing again? Never heard of that, but there's a first time for every thing.

California couple face felony charges for stealing $135 worth of Iowa Lottery tickets
breaking into a Fort Dodge convenience store with a crowbar. There, the couple allegedly stole an Iowa Lottery ticket kiosk
Not sure how they do it in Iowa but in KY bar codes are scanned when they refill a Kiosk. Price and Flippo might as well wore signs saying please arrest me when they tried to cash the tickets.

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
Qualified immunity or not, do you really believe police would arrest someone for selling drugs just because they had a stack of $20s and were buying $400 worth of Cash-3 lotto tickets ?
And the cops can't even detain people without reasonable articulable suspicion, can't legally search the person without a warrant, and the person does has the Right to remain silent. I'm pretty sure Brock Lee said it best, it is fun to pretend to believe it .

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
??? But it was your money. I find it hard to believe police arrested you for a stack of 20's. You had a very poor attorney to only get an apology. Sorry it happened to you but something does seem off about your story. The arrest alone showed poor judgment on behalf of the police as well. If it has been less than a year, I would consult another attorney. The fact that you are still asking if there is a monetary limit for playing the lottery, tells me you are not clear on issues. And yes, a store

Has anyone ever received a winning lottery check at their job?
In my other thread, I mentioned how cop who was in on a undercover lottery investigation told a Clerk who claimed the winning ticket was a loser and then tried to claim it for herself that the winning check was ready and he'd give it to her at her job. Of course, he was helping to set up her arrest.
Has anyone actually gotten a winning check given to them at their job?
