I beg to differ about Of course the simple answer is that it ain't ever going to happen to any specific person. as a doctor in British Columbia hit the 6/49 jackpot twice within 2 or 3 years. Once was for 2.5 million the second times 5 or 7 million. And being a doctor, he would have needed that money too...hahaha NOT!

how did RNG start and when did it spread to other states?Reply
The RNG craze did not start in the US, but in British Columbia. They've been using computers since about 1986. I think the first US lottery to use computers was California, followed by Nebraska, both started in 1995. It's been downhill ever since.

The Puppy Chow System
Strange but true, a woman in British Columbia has an odd-way of picking her Lotto 6-49 numbers. She simply places 49 pieces of Puppy Chow in a row and sets her dog loose. Whatever six the dog eats that is her numbers she plays on the draw. Although she has never won anything big...this system she says is just as good as a quick pick. Honestly, I think she is barking up the wrong tree.

Thanks for all of your input.I am looking for CA to get the second gem hit. I've noticed that when a state has not had a gem in a while they get them in close proximity.Also British Columbia has not had a gem recently.
