What is going on with Powerball?Several months ago I took a survey in which the MUSL? was getting opinions for a proposed new game with 2 bonus balls and jackpots that would compete with the new Mega Millions.Today I tried to play ahead 2 drawings on Powerball and was told that I could only play for tonight's drawing so I erased the multi-draw . Georgia has a $20 game with odds of 1 in 720k at winning $2 million. The odds of hitting $7k is also 1 in 14.4k on this game. Yes, the odds at hitting the low tier prizes suck, but who here would be interested in playing a game like this in Florida? Imagine if Florida decided to make a game like this at the $20-$30 price tier with great odds of hitting $1M-$2M. Welcome back 100X.....I am coming out of a long break from scratch-offs and starting up again for this game. I really hope this time around all the major prizes are found and claimed before the lottery decides to pull the plug and end the game. Really a shame that they took a good game and ruined it by changing the odds to make it harder AND making it a RNG to boot. A lesson in how NOT to run a lottery game.
