mid 40s. My gparents used to play, except that they never really knew the secrets. my deceased cousin fire fighter was lucky in Delaware at Delaware Park casino in 2002. In Delaware, definitely; as for Jersey, don't think so. Maybe you can claim with a trust or LLC and remain anonymous that way, but not sure.
Also, Delaware has no state income tax, making it the best state in which to win a big jackpot lottery, in my opinion.
