ISAIAS takes down Delaware Lottery
I went to 3 different stores all the same thing - Lottery is DOWN. That was around 3pm. Nothing on the website about it, but midday numbers were suppose to post @ 2pm - NOTHING posted!! I know Dover got hit with a tornado, along with north of Dover. Wonder if this is why? Good thing I had bought everything I need in Delaware yesterday

Why is it so difficult for some to...
haymaker, Delaware has parlay cards again? Way back when in the 1980s it was going to be the second state to have sports books (I don't know about now) but instead of getting the lines on the games from bookmakers they had people that worked for the Delaware lottery make them up. The numbers were so out of whack that Vegas wiseguys, shift bosses, sports book operators, etc... were catching flights to bet the Delaware lines, and they middle a lot of games.

Delaware Getting Hot Lotto
I saw a Delaware Lottery billboard on I-95 in downtown Wilmington (northbound near Exit 6) that something hot is coming January 28 . According to Wikipedia, it is Hot Lotto. I haven't seen it advertised on the state's website or anywhere for that matter prior to tonight. Additionally, they will have a sizzler option that will work like Powerplay but only go up to 3x. Since the game is computerized I will not be buying any tickets, but it will probably be more popular than the Multi-Win Lot

Delaware Gets the Message, Sort of...
I've noticed that lately the Delaware Lottery has added more scratch off tickets with higher prizes. We went through a dark ages for a bit where the $1 scratch tickets were less than $1000 top prize. Now there are 3 $1000 top prize scratchers. The old incarnation of 7-11-21 used to be $1500, and I'd like to see that again. In the $2 world, there are now two $5000 prize scratchers. Granted, the borderline states of PA and NJ have scratchers with higher prizes than these for the same buck, but

It's time the lottery needs to stop releasing a person name and picture when a big win is won!
The good news: If I win, am I allowed to remain anonymous? Yes, Delaware State law allows all Delaware Lottery winners to remain anonymous. The bad news: Do you offer Lottery subscriptions? At this time, the Delaware Lottery does not offer this service. FAQ Delaware Lottery

Which states and lottery games will you play once online gambling is legal?
I think you better look where I live (Delaware) and they don't tax lottery winnings at the state level! I wrote: If you get a W2-G for your lottery winnings, you'll still have to declare it on your Federal tax form and your state tax form too. So even you win in a tax free state, you'll pay state taxes in state where you live. If Delaware doesn't tax lottery winnings, Delaware residents won't pay state taxes on lottery winnings. However your advice is useless for anybody living in s

Delaware Raffle Sold Out
To my amazement, Delaware sold out their raffle. Sales picked up after they coupled it with Powerball quickpicks I noticed. Here's the text of the story from the News Journal: http://www.delawareonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20061228/NEWS/61228037 No raffle ticket yet? Too late now By ROBIN BROWN, The News Journal Posted Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 9:55 pm Anyone who hasn t bought a ticket yet for the Delaware Lottery s first-ever raffle is, well, out of luck. getting back to an old topic RNG controlled
We as players do not have any knowledge of the type of RNG program being used to select the numbers. I have to believe that in this day an age, casinos and lotteries have to be studying the psychology of gambling and players habits and no telling what kind of code can be included in an RNG program. Delaware lottery has control of the 3 gambling casinos in the state and is supposed to assure that each machine pays out a minimum of 87% and a maximum of 95% in theory and is allowed to control the c
