does anybody know if the ion saliu software is worth buying? His website says you get it with a 29.00 membership to his site. I already have gail howards a+ and i was wondering if his system is something worth investing in.

Question for Ion Saliu
Ion, have you considered running filters against a static list of all 13 million (and some) combinations?I find it hard to generate numbers based on a very tight filter. When I try to relax Ions I get '5#' matches within first 450 (12 tests on 649 game data) lines.Running all combinations against a filter would, I imagine, require some resources, but we would have ALL possible filtered combinations instead of randomly generated combinations.I don't know how the number generation mechanism works,

Came across this person's website while googling for help with the lottery. He's offers a lot of stuff for a reasonable yearly subscription..don't know if I'm allowed to say(?)

Bright programs by Ion Saliu
Hi, Does anybody here have used the Bright5 lottery package created by Ion Saliu? I would like to know how to create manually the strategy file to input minimum and maximum values of filters from W5 files and MD5 files. I have not found clear information on Saliu's site. I would appreciate help on that point. Thank you. Bob

LOTWON99 - Ion Saliu
Does anyone use Ion's LOTWON99 Pick 3 Software??I downloaded the software and I understand the following:1. Entering the Pick 3 drawings (Editor)2. Adding the Simulated drawings to the actual Pick 3 drawings to create a new combined file3. Running the Reports.I ran a copy of the (4 Part Strategy) sheets.This is where I ran into a dead end.I realize this is a DOS program but it seems very interesting.I was hoping Ion or others here might be able to provide help in continuing to use this applic

I used to be an expert pick 3 predictor years ago and back then I coud had taken on anybody including on Ion Saliu. When did Ion Saliu ever predict any lottery results? He had some interesting software on his site but I don't ever remember he or anyone else using his software winning big in any lottery.
