My Idea for a New Scratch Game
Well, my point to the above simple scratch game is that it eliminates any possible confusion or lawsuit. I can imagine in your scratch game idea that someone could say they accidentally scratched two of the blocks, so they should really win. My idea does not have that flaw.I don't think every ticket should have a winner on it, although every ticket certainly has the chance to be a winner.

Cash,does N.Y. on their website list the top prizes left in any scratch game.I seen in California I believe they had a lawsuit for continuing to sell scratchers when the top prizes were all paid out for that game.John

A few things that can be done: Since they claim the policies are that of NYS legislators you can petition your local rep to try and change the law.
