Talk to management about creating a rule that prohibits other LP members from disagreeing with threads and posts. Good luck with that because civil disagreement is part of discussion and without it, there is no Lottery Post. Fact 1, I gave a link to a Cleveland Plain Dealer article that clearly stated the $10 is the largest legal cash payoff these places can give. Fact 2, The article quoted the Ohio Attorney General as saying many of these places are fronts for illegal activities.

If the Cleveland Plain Dealer article is correct and $10 is the highest legal payoff, than it is false information to say people are collecting hundreds of dollars in winnings as Marcie suggested. The article I gave a link to was from a Cleveland Community, quoted Ohio law, and the part in yellow was a quote from the article.
