Lets talk about Quick Picks
Go here for QP info - http://www.flalottery.com/fantasy5 click on Top Prize Winner and Retailer Info on the right hand side of the page. Five jackpot winners last night, two were player picks, three were QP's. (2 of those were Free Tickets)
I dont play QP's simply because I dont want to give control to someone other than myself to pick the numbers I play.
I'd also add that in Florida, the QP to Player Pick ratio of jackpot winners is 50/50. In other states its 75% QP vs 25% Player Picks. S

How to have fun with NY Lottery ----
Late September I too a short trip to NY and bought some Take 5 tickets. Turns out I won a Free Play but didn't realize it until I got home. I read that you have to cash a FP within 30 days (I think?) so I new I had to do something quick with my big win. I have always wanted to try this - I MAILED the ticket to NY Lottery and filled out the form to claim by mail. That was back around early October.
I just got a $1 check in the mail from them, no letter.

Interesting that the stores are willing to pay out that much cash.
Sometimes it can be hard to get a retailer to pay out just $500. I've heard of instances where they'll make an excuse and not pay it out. We don't have enough cash on hand yet because we just opened. Come back later. is the one excuse I've heard the most.
I personally haven't been told that because the one and only time that I won $575 the liquor store that cashed my ticket had no problem paying me. G5

Florida Fantasy Five prediction
Im beginning to think its rigged. have you looked at the FANTASY 5 TOP-PRIZE WINNERS WITH RETAILER INFORMATION (December 1, 2009 - present)
Look at the retailers and tell me how it is possible for people in Hialeah to win sooo much and in some some cases the retailers are right across the street from each other.
It has happened one oher time in Springhill but Hialeah is fixed. Something is going on there. I always thought Miami wins way too much but then I looked to see where Hialeah is an

have won $500 3 times now most of the gas stations and smaller news stations just do not have the money on hand to cash it so usually just go to the local supermarket (shop rite, stop and shop, etc.) and they cash it no problem
even if it is a $100 or $200 win some stores do not cash it - know in states that have a wawa (NY is not one of them) they have a maximum $100 limit on redeeming lottery tickets regardless of the state regulations (know PA is max $2500 u can cash at a retailer, pr

Illinois Lucky Day Lotto EZ Match
Lucky day lotto is problematic.
EZmatch does not work automaticly when added.
Machines do not have it available.
A retailer did not have bet slips..........

Illinois lucky day lotto
Little lotto will be changing it's name to this soon.
But do not know if there is a change in format.
Anyone else see this at your retailer?
