Why doesn't the lottery reward players?
I've been thinking about this issue for a while, we as players should be rewarded in someway for even playing there ridiculous odds vs payouts. Retailers get 5% commision on all sales, we should also get 5% back . The more you spend the more you get back. 10% combining retailers and players. 5% is not excessive to reward players.
