It's as simple as 1-2-3 I read in the Indiana Foreman Lottery Scam that the Indiana Lotto security guard Mr. Foreman scammed the Lottery out of Millions. 1. Foreman contacted Scientifc Games for a list of winning ticket serial #s for verification purposes. 2. He's employee so couldn't play, but knew which book contained the 2,000,000 dollar winners. That is correct, the CA Lottery contracts GTECH (mainly crosswords) and Scientific Games (mainly number matching) to produce the scratcher games. Also by looking at the font, you could tell which one produced it. GTECH uses thicker coat, and it is noticible on the Playbook, Ultimate Riches, Lucky Life, and the crosswords.

You might be able to help, especially if your games are put out by the same lottery company, Scientific Games. Are all of your books $300? Do your state's $10 tickets come in packs of 30, numbered 000 to 029?
