What's to prevent Scientific Games or Lottery employees buying winners?
What's to prevent Scientific Games or Lottery employees buying winners? It's as simple as 1-2-3 I read in the Indiana Foreman Lottery Scam that the Indiana Lotto security guard Mr. Foreman scammed the Lottery out of Millions. 1. Foreman contacted Scientifc Games for a list of winning ticket serial #s for verification purposes. 2. He's employee so couldn't play, but knew which book contained the 2,000,000 dollar winners. That book was shipped to southeastern Indiana store. 3. Forema

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Hi Dracos, agree 100% about the change in games...it's really aggravating to me that they (Scientific Games) pushes a really old game like that out to mainstream places and then craps out...with a $1M prize finally recently claimed I wonder how many more (including that last grand prize) are for real out there...

Questions about security and distribution
Pennsylvania gets their tickets from Scientific Games, and they really try to make sure the tickets are printed and distributed randomly.

MAJOR Shake-Up In The Scratch Ticket Industry
Scientific Games, far and away the world's larget ticket manufactuer, has purchased up-and-coming Canadian manfuacturer Oberthur Gaming Technologies. Virtually every lottery is at least a secondary client of one of these companies. And a number of states could see the look and feel of their scratch tickets change, perhaps dramatically. It all depends on which plants stay open, the latex formulas they choose to continue using, and the people who stay on board after the deal closes. This le

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
That is correct, the CA Lottery contracts GTECH (mainly crosswords) and Scientific Games (mainly number matching) to produce the scratcher games. Also by looking at the font, you could tell which one produced it. GTECH uses thicker coat, and it is noticible on the Playbook, Ultimate Riches, Lucky Life, and the crosswords.

Georgia Jingle Jumbo Bucks-Again! 020-029
You might be able to help, especially if your games are put out by the same lottery company, Scientific Games. Are all of your books $300? Do your state's $10 tickets come in packs of 30, numbered 000 to 029? If they do, and you have a $10 game that is somewhat similar, you could post about those, especially if it has 6 your numbers , and 20 numbers in the play area, with a symbol that automatically wins $100 if you get it. It is 4 rows of 5, and if you get the jingle bell symbol, you automatica

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Hi MeBee18, good info about the last top Mop'oly prize being claimed, and for sure will be interesting to see what happens now (I presume the game will be pulled since even though there's a single $1M prize left, there hasn't been one claimed since Dec so I'm thinking that it's probably not out there). It would be great to know the methodology the Lotto (Scientific Games, for FL) uses in determining when to pull a game. No doubt they have insight into activity of books with major prizes, but
