Penn. Match 6 Lotto Rules Finalized
I remember that. It was like the illegal (?) parley sheets/office pool. Got a lotta flack from the NFL, and made national news. The other big news at that time there was when Delaware couldn't sell enough tickets to fund its first lottery (Standard 6-digit 50 cent ticket). Similar thing happened in Pa around that time, too. when the powers that be decided that people still wanted to play the illegal pick a 3 digit lottery. so they came up with the $1 Winners Choice pre-printed draw ticket. CT Lottery chief questioned by lawmakers over mishaps, computerized drawings
By Jon Lender State lawmakers grilled Connecticut Lottery Corp. officials Thursday at a legislative hearing about long-running controversies including their alleged retaliation against former lottery security chief Alfred W. DuPuis, who says he was the victim of a vendetta for raising questions in 2015 about the fraud-plagued 5 Card Cash game, and their alleged lack of cooperation with the state Department of Consumer Protection that regulates them. On top of that, Rep. Joe Verrengia, D-We

WVa board admonishes former lottery director for moonlighting
A state board that oversees lawyers in West Virginia admonished one of the governor's former cabinet secretaries for moonlighting at his old law firm while serving as the Lottery Director, defying state law. The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found no evidence that former Lottery Director Alan Larrick used state resources in his private practice or leveraged his state job to benefit his legal clients. However, the board found Larrick knowingly continued to engage in the practice of law while se

Chicago mayor toyed with idea of city-only lottery
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has toyed with the concept of establishing a city lottery to help ease the city's financial woes and, while the idea has not progressed, it could get backing from at least one key Democrat in Springfield. That's one of the better nuggets buried in the trove of private emails that Emanuel was forced to release just before Christmas under pressure from a Better Government Association lawsuit. The May 5, 2015, email came from former Illinois Lottery Director Michael

New Michigan lottery player wins $500,000 on his first-ever ticket
June coddled the Beaver but he never really seemed to warm up to her all that much. I always felt he had a mild form of autism the way he acted. Locking himself in the bathroom was a telltale sign of being disturbed for one. Beaver won a sports car and Ward sold it to pay for his college education and Beaver was not pleased about it. He let some kid steal his new bicycle which also indicated psychological issues with that kid.

Nearly 68 million US adults plan to wager on Super Bowl
I don't know if I would ever wager on a sports game. Although I sometimes detect patterns in the outcomes of games (for example, UCLA has never lost to USC in football in the Year of the Dog, and unranked Georgia has beaten ranked Auburn in football in the last four years ending in 6), I believe my bet would take away from my ability to enjoy the game.
