If you're wondering why, just a month ago a player in Virginia had $20 on a pick-4 number and won $100,000. Players have bought MM and PB tickets with the same numbers and won multiple times too. The fact that they made the effort to cash in those 68 tickets over a period of time is suspicious anyway. It's obvious you never won multiple times or even cashed a pick-4 straight winning ticket. I remember a ways back where someone submitted a bunch of filled out cards - 10 or 20 ? and won the game 10 or 20 times - or whatever the number was - so I wonder if someone filled out a BUNCH of cards with those numbers and won multiple times ? NC may be following a pattern, but I haven't figured it out yet. I'm saving money until I recognize something. Earlier in the week, I won multiple times in several states, so just focusing on other states with consistent patterns for now.

I have a theory about Gail, she says in her books that she has won multiple times but never a jackpot. I think it's a question of being too close to the answer to see the problem. (screen name not so original but when I signed up me and Jose quervo were having a lengthy discussion and he was winning the argument).
