Not sure about cash 3 or 4. But I must say that there are two lucky retailers here in CA that have won the jackpots multiple times. One liquor store in has won the jackpot twice and smaller big ones about 6 times. The other so far has won twice, I wonder how, with 19k retailers have there been jackpots hit 3, 4 and 5 timesat certain locations when it is suppose to all be random.

Wisconsin couple to be investigated for excessive lottery wins
A state lawmaker has asked for an audit to determine how a Bonduel, Wisconsin couple won three dozen second-chance state lottery drawings since 2000.In 5½ years, Jeffrey B. and Lisa M. Hintz have won more than $40,000 in second-chance drawings, including $5,000 from five consecutive weekly drawings this March and April.Since 2000, they've won another $26,000 from scratch-off tickets, other lottery games and the lottery's since-canceled television game show. Post Your Winning Tickets Here
I have no doubt, you're going to God-Willing that is, win the big one, 1 day sooner than later, and the prize of $50k, #Go4it ... I know Cash 5 hard, yep, sure is, but odds per state are yep BETTER than IMHO Mega and Powerball any day, and P4 Stack up, just as much for me(for a while) with playing same digits multiple x, so i going to keep FOCUS on that I do buy, a few cash 5 at times, and just won AGAIN multiple times on P3 last night, so GREAT JOB on your recent win $500Quick! Massachusetts man buys 9 lottery tickets worth $900,000
I have also bought a 1 year season ticket for Mass Cash for my regular numbers. I might buy one with my moms numbers on it also later this month maybe. I think they said if you pay for it in cash at a retailer and you choose to register it online, it has to be from a device located in Massachusetts. I registered mine online and that's what I think it said. Im not sure if I remember correctly. And I play multiple times for 1 line like a lot of people do in MA. It really is the best odds to win $1

Indiana Keno (Quick Draw)
This method works great. When I lived there I played this for about 1 year (prior to the changes). I would choose 1 line and (advance) play for 14 days ($14). My idea was to win $5 at least 3 times with that set of numbers. I ALWAYS won it back within the 14 days. Anything that I profited above that would go toward another line for the next drawing. I used your method for the next line/next draw, but would advance that set out for another few days. It was rare that I actually had to buy numbers

Deducting lottery losses
Thats why I was questioning it. Technically they do not withhold taxes when a prize is less than $599. So if you win more than that on a single game/drawing, then technically it would be more than $599 (broken up in multiple wins of $500)....So Thats why I was wondering if it was actually legal or not. Im sure it would not be a big deal if you won $500 a couple times and cashed them in.But if you won $500 x 20 + times on the same drawing it may raise some eyebrows. I know some states off

What's Going On in NYC?
I understand how you feel, i also noticed the multiple wins in certain places. I was going crazy trying to find out by checking the new york lottery website for press releases about the multiple wins in mega millions, take 5 and powerball. But i gained my sanity back when i noticed the following on september 17, 2010, somebody hit the mega millions 2nd prize multiple times in brooklyn, BUT THE ONE THAT HIT IT BIG WAS THE JACKPOT WINNER, SHE WON $54 MILLIONS DOLLARS WITH $2 QUICK PICKS. By the

Ohio Lottery investigating frequent winners
The top lottery winners in Ohio have claimed hundreds of large prizes over the past decades, some in such short spans of time that it seemingly defies the odds and has prompted investigations by the Ohio Lottery. State lottery investigators track multiple-winners to look for retailers who are either stealing prizes for themselves or store employees turning in tickets for others wanting to avoid paying off debts. A local newspaper examined every prize claim of $600 or more going back to the

Lucky lottery lady outed as Stanford University statistics PhD
Congratulations to Joan Ginther! There is nothing more appealing than a beautiful mind! Have you noticed that the people who have won the lottery multiple times and/or cracked the lottery code are all women over 40? Joan Ginther won the lottery 4 times, Amy McCauley won the lottery twice, and L Hattingh-Spurgeon cracked the lottery code. Wow, I expect lightning bolts to come out of their feet!
